The room was nice, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only issue was the description made it seem as if it had a waterfront view which it does not. It looks over a parking lot.
We were expecting and looking forward to the waterfront view as our boat was located outside the building and we wanted to keep an eye on the room and the boat when my wife and I were both in both locations. However, you could not see the water or the marina from the room.

it's a nice room for a good price in a great location.

Great room for the price. It was in a gated community with a restaurant within walking distance. It was nice if you’re looking for something low-key and near Southport/Oak Island.
