Paul Leonard brings a strong background in leadership, operations, and real estate to the team. After serving in the U.S. Army from 2013 to 2022, Paul transitioned into real estate investing and property management, building hands-on experience in both property operations and client relations. He also holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License.
Over the past two years with our company, Paul has played a key role in overseeing local operations and now serves in Property Management Business Development, where he focuses on growing partnerships and delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout Brunswick County. His combination of military discipline, real estate expertise, and commitment to customer service makes him a valuable part of our beach vacation home management team.

Dawn comes to her role as Property Manager & Business Development with enthusiasm and purpose. Being licensed as a NC Real Estate Broker since 2022, she brings both knowledge and a heartfelt approach to everything she does. For Dawn, the best part of the job is the relationships formed with the homeowners she serves.
Dawn relocated from New York to beautiful Brunswick County 18 years ago, never looking back. When Dawn is not in the office, you will find her cheering on her son at a basketball game or enjoying time with her husband.

Nikki grew up in Holden Beach, giving her a deep-rooted understanding of the Brunswick County coastline. Starting in property management in 2018, Nikki built her career from the ground up, working directly in key operational departments: reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. This 360-degree view of the business gave her an unmatched understanding of what it takes to run a successful vacation rental from the inside out.
Now, as a licensed real estate broker and property manager for North Carolina, she combines her local roots, operational expertise, and market knowledge to help clients successfully navigate the NC rental market.
Cindy was born and raised in North Carolina and spent her summer vacations at her family’s cottage in Holden Beach.
With more than 15 years in the vacation rental industry, Cindy has built a career rooted in exceptional customer service, local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping both homeowners and guests create memorable coastal experiences.
Since becoming a licensed NC Real Estate Broker in 2016, Cindy has continued to grow professionally while leading with dedication, experience, and a personal touch.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and escaping to the peaceful beauty of the North Carolina mountains whenever she can.
