This well-equipped, ground-floor condo is conveniently located minutes from Brunswick County beaches, shopping, restaurants, multiple golf courses, and right across the street from a public boat/kayak landing. You are two and a half miles away from Calabash, the seafood capital of the world, so you better pay it a visit while staying here! In addition to a prime location, this home away from home is located steps from the indoor and outdoor pools and the amenity center. This condo has been completely renovated to provide the ultimate vacation spot! Come back home from a refreshing time in any of the pools to unwind and relax in the living room. Curl up on the sofa and stream a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The patio offers a nice private outdoor space to chill while sipping coffee. When mealtime comes, feel free to let your creativity flow and surprise your guests with tasty homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. It's complete with all the major appliances and a fantastic coffee maker. When it's finally time to hit the hay, you will find a cozy main bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub.

We had an incredible experience at this condo. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook anything lol. The management company checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. I did mention that there were no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows. The next morning someone from management showed up with Pillowcases! The condo is located near restaurants, the beach and shopping. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!!

The home is perfect. Great view and the deck is amazing. Close to restaurants. Comfortable home with everything you need! 2nd stay at this home and hopefully we get to book it again!

The condo was the perfect size for 2 adults! They provide plenty of towels! The bed was very comfy! They provided some laundry pods which was wonderful for the in unit washer dryer! I would stay here again!

Cozy Condo

We LOVED this condo. It is a cozy space just right for two adults. The kitchen was great for making our own breakfast and lunches. The smart tv's were awesome. Instead of logging into my streaming accounts, I just cast my phone to the tv's and we were able to watch shows. The pool was great, of course. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and paper products for our stay. We also loved that we could do laundry. That is really helpful when traveling. The bed is very comfortable too. I could go on forever about this property, but I won't. It's just great. Don't hesitate to book it for a couple. Vacasa was great too. It was helpful to have the option of texting them if we had any issues.

The distance to Sunset Beach and Bird Island is about a 10-20 minute drive. There are also indoor and outdoor pools onsite. The neighborhood residents were friendly, as well. I’d definitely stay again. Book the home!

The unit was on the ground floor, so no stairs. The unit was very clean, which made me comfortable and not worry as much about leftover germs; it was beautifully furnished and decorated throughout; a perfect weekend stay for me and hubby. We did not use any of the other outside amenities such as the pool, grill, or exercise room.

Great neighborhood and location in the beach/tourist-y area (close but not too close), tons of great eateries nearby, the room itself was 20 feet from the community pools, felt safe, close parking was available every time we returned. Great deal for the price!

A very nice stay

Really enjoyed our stay. You can’t always see how a place will be by looking at pictures...but we were absolutely pleased with the place and the location of the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone who would want a nice place to stay for vacation for a great price. The only recommendation would be to get some comfortable furniture to relax on. The couch and chair was hard to sit on. But everything else was wonderful!

Beautiful Condo In Sunset Beach

It seriously exceeded all of our expectations. Very tidy and equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful modern condo after a long day at the beach. We loved being able to walk out the back door right to the pool. We had a great stay!
