The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids, wife’s mother, and our two small dogs. One house back from the main beach road, with very close and easily traveled public beach access.

Home was great for our needs. Loved the outside area and easy walk to the beach. Wish there was a little more seating in the living area but it didn’t bother us as we used the dining table for meals and outdoor area for hanging out.

We picked this property because it was fenced for our dog and just across the street from the public beach access. Although it's a bit older home with smaller bathrooms, it has everything we needed. We would consider staying there again.

We love the layout of this house and have been here three times now. It's very convenient for our dogs to have the easy-to-clean fenced yard and we LOVE the included waste station! The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the beds are soft and comfortable. Vacasa hasn't been great for us in the past but was so good this year. The local agent reached out just before we checked in with some info and then checked in once we were there. We didn't need anything but it would have been easy to contact them if we did. Thanks for a great weekend!!

We had an awesome stay, it was close to the beach and we love the screen in porch to sit out there to enjoy the sunset. The back yard was great for our dog. Would stay there again.

It's been a while since we've been to Holden Beach; the Pour House was the perfect place for our visit. The dog-safe fenced yard and screened porch were perfect for our crew. We loved being on the waterway but also just the shortest walk to the public beach access. The neighborhood was great for walks with beautiful views around every corner. It was quite, which is what we wanted. There are a couple restaurants on the island and the grocery/ABC stores aren't far away. Fantastic stay and we hope to visit again next year!

Location was very convenient to the beach and just far enough from road to have no noise. Our dog loved the deck and dock. It was easy to work remotely and property is well laid out. Only negative was the beds were a bit soft. Thanks for a great winter getaway!

This is our second stay at this property. We were disappointed at check in to find the water off and we had to find a phone number to call Vacasa and deal with that after traveling all day with dogs and kids. They solved the issue by sending someone out within thirty minutes and we had a great time after that. The layout is great for two groups, in our case grandparents and then our family of four. Two rooms on each side with a shared bathroom between. The yard is very easy to clean up after the dogs with the white rocks and having a fenced area for them was so nice for all of us. The beach public access is a very short walk and we had a wonderful time.

The home was terrific. Close to the beach and a dock for our boat. The fenced yard was great for the dog. The kids loved crabbing and fishing from the boat dock. Everything was close by. The weather couldn’t have been better until tropical storm Ophelia came but that was the end of the 2 weeks. Would definitely rent again!

The layout of the house was perfect accommodations for the family. Excited about how close it was to the beach access. No complaints at all. Dish towels and dish wash clothes would be beneficial though. Otherwise, truly outstanding. We'll be back on a yearly basis.

It’s a great house, just lacking a bit of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. It’s clean, functional and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s close to public access to the beach. But the star of the show is the master shower. That shower head is the gold standard of every shower head ever made. Five stars.

This home was perfectly located near the beach and had all the amenities needed. We loved having our coffee on the screened porch and my son was particularly fond of the dock where he caught a couple of fish! The fenced yard was perfect for our Aussie to enjoy himself as well.

I HIGHLY recommend this house for a quiet and pleasant stay. Very nice house with all the amenities. You can tell the owners care! So nice to watch the sunrise on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee. Quiet area and just a very short walk to the beach. Love the park grill. A very nice stay. I will recommend this house to all my friends! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
