Very nice cottage with modern furnishings and updated bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit area was a relaxing and peaceful way to enjoy the afternoons and evenings.

This sweet little bungalow is a fabulous use of space! We loved having a separate suite from our teen boys and the beautiful dock was a hit. Our neighbors were very nice and polite as well! I would highly recommend this lovely little getaway!

Best home we’ve stayed on both OKI and HB in 20 years. Didn’t need beach access so it was perfect. Well appointed kitchen and TV in every room. Both decks used, cozy on the garage level too. Friendly neighborhood.

Very nice beach house. Super clean and well stocked. Literally had anything you could possibly need for your stay other than clothing and food. Super quiet neighborhood and very easy to access the strip where all the stores and resteraunts were located. We absolutely loved the weeks stay and have no complaints at all and if we ever come back to oak island this is hands down the home we will rent again.

Wonderful clean house that's not too far from the beach! They also have bikes and kayaks for use, and we really enjoyed the bikes during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Quaint home on the river. Lovely view of the river, just put your blinders on when coming and going to the property. Very clean inside. Nice pier for fishing and relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful.

The house is good for a little spot to get away. The closest beach was about 20 mins away but it was nice that it was in such a quite little area.

We came to Oak Osland to spend time with our grown children and granddaughter. The home had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to games and bikes. Very clean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Our family very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Everything in the home was so convenient for our family. We actually hosted meals two different evenings for our children and grandchildren, who stayed in other homes on the island. The screened in porch was perfect for all the children to eat their meals and play. After we figured out the beach access parking, which is new, we enjoyed the beach. We have stayed on OKI for over 20 years with our family. This home is definitely on our short list of favorites. Hope to get to stay there again soon.

The drive into the neighborhood had me a little concerned but the home itself was nice. I liked the layout of the bedrooms with the kitchen in the middle. The kitchen was stocked as we needed. Vacasa was quick to respond to an issue we had during our stay.

My kids and I loved this place! Spent a lot of time on the dock and it was a short drive to the beaches. Not the best neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Very secluded and peaceful!

We came down to spend Thanksgiving with family that lives in the island.The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely see if it's available when we return.

We had a relaxing weekend at Seas the Day! Everything was so clean and it felt super cozy. Everything that we needed was there and we felt like we were at home! It was a super short drive to the beach access and there a fun park/splash pad near the access that the kids loved! I would highly recommend Seas the Day!

Seas the Day has everything you need for a beach getaway! This is one of my absolute favorite rentals, from the top notch cleanliness to the beautifully appointed decor to the bikes, chairs, etc….it has it all! Very convenient location in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
