New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This updated home right on the Shallotte River offers a unique floor plan, new furnishings and fixtures, and a private dock on the river, perfect for lazy afternoons with a fishing pole. Inside, you'll find a split floor plan. The center of the household is the kitchen, with spacious Corian countertops and custom maple cabinetry. Just adjacent is the sunny dining space. On one side of the kitchen, you'll find the first suite featuring a sofa bed, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV, as well as a desk for remote work and an en suite bathroom. On the other side of the kitchen, the second suite offers a living area with a queen sofa bed, a smart TV, and an updated en suite bathroom. You'll love spending time outside, with a backyard paradise featuring a walkway to the private floating dock, an outdoor seating area, and a covered patio. With a quiet, secluded location, river access, and a comfortable, unique interior, you might want to plan a little longer stay - all that's left to do is book it. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The washer/dryer is not operational during the winter. The kitchen does not have an oven or a dishwasher.

Very nice cottage with modern furnishings and updated bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit area was a relaxing and peaceful way to enjoy the afternoons and evenings.

This place met all of my expectations. It was in a great location and the home was quite comfortable. It was fully stocked with all we needed to have a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Relaxing & comfy little home with amazing dock!

This little two suite home was perfect! Such a great use of space and with AMAZINGLY comfy beds (even the bunk beds)! The dock is lovely (we caught an eel, blue crabs & flounder ) and the back yard is so peaceful. The neighbors were very friendly and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend this beautiful little place to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing time!

This sweet little bungalow is a fabulous use of space! We loved having a separate suite from our teen boys and the beautiful dock was a hit. Our neighbors were very nice and polite as well! I would highly recommend this lovely little getaway!

Quaint home on the river. Lovely view of the river, just put your blinders on when coming and going to the property. Very clean inside. Nice pier for fishing and relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful.

The house is good for a little spot to get away. The closest beach was about 20 mins away but it was nice that it was in such a quite little area.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The house was clean and the fishing was great! It is very close to the beach as well.

The drive into the neighborhood had me a little concerned but the home itself was nice. I liked the layout of the bedrooms with the kitchen in the middle. The kitchen was stocked as we needed. Vacasa was quick to respond to an issue we had during our stay.

My kids and I loved this place! Spent a lot of time on the dock and it was a short drive to the beaches. Not the best neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Very secluded and peaceful!

Had a very pleasant experience staying here. The house was clean, well stocked and in a convenient location. We loved the dock and spent most of our time fishing and crabbing. The house comes with 2-3 crab pots and is located in an ideal spot for fishing. Would for sure come back again!

Loved the home...perfect size for my husband and I and our dog. Very unique home...could be in a much better neighborhood but its on the water and not an issue once you get to the house, unless I was paying more.
