Though my stay was a short Labor Day weekend self gifted Birthday 🎂 trip, I really enjoyed my stay at Away on Avian. The place is a ground floor unit, which I liked because it made unpacking easier. The building also has an elevator, which I am deathly afraid of making me appreciate the ground floor villa even more. For a 1/1, I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the place is. From the living room to the kitchen to the bedroom to the bathroom, everything is nice and spacious. The WiFi was a bit spotty and slow at times. There is no cable, however, there are streaming options. I brought a Fire Stick, so that did not bother me any. Sunset Beach is about 9 or 10 minutes away, and Ocean Isle Beach is 13 to 15 minutes away. Stores, restaurants, shops,and gas stations are all close by as well. Little River, Myrtle Beach, and North Myrtle Beach are not too long of a drive away. By the way, I like that the villa is a corner unit nestled away. It is in a golf community, and where I stayed was quiet despite the inevitable 'apartment/villa noise'. I would book the place again in the future. Maybe next time I'll take time to sit on the screened in porch, which could use a good cleaning, and listen so some oldies from the 20s to the early 70s. Thanks once again to the Vacasa staff, especially for the extended check-out, and May God Bless......

Everything was right there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year, earlier and later in the Summer.. maybe Fall... maybe Winter!! We just Loved it!

The condo is wonderful, the area has a lot of great places to eat and things to do! No beach access but it's not to far away. Get out and enjoy the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Very cozy and comfortable. In a great location, right by the pool on Sea Trails property. We really enjoyed the screened porch area. Would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property, the first time was such an amazing outcome that we had to come back. The place was very clean and accurate to the website description, the location was beautiful, and the price is unmatched. We already plan to come back next year!

We enjoyed this first floor unit with nearby parking. We had lots more room than a hotel room provides and Lord willing, we will be back. The location was excellent and Vacasa kept in touch with us to make sure everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well supplied and was the best we’ve ever seen! Had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker too!

I feel the whole thing must’ve been well insulated because i barely heard the neighbors. We were minutes from the beach and beach stores so all in all 10/10. Will definitely stay again next year.

This unit is very comfortable. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone heading to the Sunset Beach area

The stay was great and we really enjoyed the unit. It’s clean. It’s very comfortable. It’s close to Calabash and all the restaurants in that great little town. Only thing we experienced was difficulty with the electronic lock on the door other than that to stay was perfect. We called the agent. They gave us the code to the lockbox so we could get the key and everything after that was fine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody traveling to that area.
