Place was very nice felt at home , family friendly , dog friendly fenced in did not worry about our dog ,kids had a blast catching blue crabs off the dock , hopefully we will book it again .

We had a great stay. The house was clean and very cute. It fit our family perfectly. It had a beautiful outdoor area and very pet friendly. We hope to stay here again.

House in great location, easy walk to be beach, close to the park.Plenty of parking. Does need some maintenance and better cook ware.

We loved how much there was to do here. Fishing, kayaking, outdoor lounge, jacuzzi with TV, and the beach down the street (with chairs and toys available). The bathrooms are small and house is dated but happy it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels was a plus and a few supplies but a few more supplies would have been nice. No Tupperware or plastic bags to store any extra food( luckily I brought my own) and no an extra trash bag. Those were the only things I feel were missing. We had a fun stay with a lot of appreciated extras!

We loved the layout of the house itself with a big kitchen, 2 seating areas and 4 BR’s that slept our family of 8 comfortably! We also loved the location… not too far from the beach as well as being on a canal so close to the intercoastal! The hot tub was a hit and the fenced yard was great for the dogs as well! Will be back!

We have always stayed oceanfront at Holden, but with a last minute decision for a beach trip, we found this home on the waterway. We were concerned, before making the trip, that it wouldn’t be our typical vacation by not having oceanfront. We ended up totally loving it and its location. We were able to walk to the beach, sunset slush, and to a public dock area with picnic tables. The street is very quiet and everyone on the street was so friendly. Watching the boats go by was an added bonus. I highly recommend this home.

This home is great! This was our second year staying here and we had a wonderful time. House is great and plenty of room for our family and close to everything!

House is located across from inlet and was centrally located. Enjoyed watching the boats pass by and the public beach access was close. Great home for a family to make memories! Beds were to firm for our taste.

My family stayed at Flip Flop Inn this year for vacation. It was the First time renting through Vacasa and also first time staying on Holden Beach. The rental process was quick and easy and the home was as described. It’s spacious and had many amenities that we enjoyed like the outside shower and an assortment of games. It was convenient to Dockside Seafood restaurant and Sunset Slush. I would suggest a golf cart to get to the beach if you are carrying a lot. We did Have to call the helpdesk one evening for help with the keypad but they were very helpful and got us right in. We will be renting from Vacasa and the flip-flop in again.

This home is exceptionally nice. Super clean and the layout is amazing. Everything we needed for the week was there. The kitchen was perfect for any meal we prepared. I have never been so pleased with a vacation home.

This was a wonderful home to stay in. It was on a dead end street close to everything but you could not hear the traffic. I would stay there again.
