This snowbird-friendly retreat across from the beach access at Summer Place and West First Street offers partial ocean views and is within walking distance of the pier and town center. After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the shared swimming pool or take a refreshing outdoor shower in the fenced yard. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals on the balcony while soaking in the refreshing ocean breeze. Step inside this lovely home to find a cozy atmosphere with modern amenities. With five TVs throughout the vacation rental, everyone can find their favorite show to watch. Stay connected with the complimentary WiFi. The house features central air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. Things to Know One of the twin beds is smaller than a typical twin and is more suited to sleep a child comfortably than an adult.

Softball Trip to Myrtle Beach

Needed a place outside of the fast-paced Myrtle Beach. This villa offered just what was needed, and reasonably priced. Very clean, comfortable, exactly as described. I will say the walls are VERY THIN, so we did encounter very LOUD neighbors at times, but not really much anyone can do about that. Overall, a great place. Just a couple miles to lots of shopping, dining and the beach :)

Perfect house for our beach vacation. Very close to beach especially since we have small children. Great layout for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Great decks and covered area to hang out downstairs. We will definitely stay there again.

This was the first time my family has visited Ocean Isle. Sea-Rendipity was in a great location near a beach access. The house was very clean and had enough couches for everyone to sit comfortably in the great room. My family enjoyed dinner each night on the deck with a wonderful ocean breeze. Vacasa responded quickly when we arrived to repair a loose board on the stairs to the entrance to the home. We would highly recommend this home!

We had a fantastic week and the property was well appointed. The bunk room was great for all the kids and the main floor bedroom worked well for our older family members. It was a perfect week at the beach.
