There is a scenic footbridge over the marsh that is the perfect spot for a memorable photo. Middleton Park is two and a half miles from the home. Other great attractions include Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Lighthouse, Odell Williamson Auditorium, Old Baldy Lighthouse and Smith Island Museum, and Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation. One of the main attractions of this home is definitely its original artwork and vintage prints throughout. The air-conditioned living area offers a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably and relax with your loved ones. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the large TV. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, a dry bar, and an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen island adds extra dining space to the adjoining dining table. This level also grants you access to an extensive deck where you can relax. The primary suite enjoys a chic seating area and a spacious en suite bathroom with a huge bathtub, double vanity, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. There is a cute bunk bedroom that would be ideal for the kiddos! Beautiful, Immaculate home on a great part of the Island. Fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs.Tons of board games to keep everyone entertained when off the beach. We definitely plan to return soon!

All around wonderful stay in very nicely appointed house with great amenities. Beautiful Kitchen and Master Suite with huge soaking tub for post beach hydration. Plenty of board games for family fun. The doggie water fountain was a very nice touch for the four legged family members. Communication was outstanding from the hospitality staff. Only negatives were very minor. No laundry detergent was left and there was some dog poop from a previous canine guest on the dog bed. Small things that could easily be overlooked. Fantastic stay, we look forward to staying with y'all again sometime soon!

Dog friendly house!!

This house is awesome!! 2nd year in a row at this house and we will be back. We enjoy the location of this house and everything about it. Fits 10 ppl and 2 dogs comfortably. Had a great experience. Will be back.
