Have no hesitations of staying at this little oasis! If you've never been to OKI, do it! The Bridge restaurant for breakfast, try the chowder! Make reservations at Salt64 BEFORE you go! Go sit and have lunch on the beach at the Lazy Turtle. Just about everything is great in this quiet little beach town.

The location was excellent for my husband and I. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants that were nearby, The BBQ House and The Break (for breakfast). Great neighborhood for walking. The room was as described and very clean. The property manager even called to check on us and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We were looking for a small place to stay for just a few nights. I didn’t want a hotel option, and a house would be too big. This was perfect for my husband and me. They offer a toaster and a microwave. But there’s also an electric skillet to make eggs in the morning. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby so we really didn’t need to do any cooking. It is only half a mile to walk to the beach in less than that to walk to the nature center where you can see gorgeous sunsets.

Perfect house to share for a family reunion in town. House was very clean, full items, dishwasher soap, and paper towels provided, everything we needed to have a great long weekend. Would recommend and return!

House was beautifully decorated, very clean, updated looked brand new and equipped with all necessities. No closet in master to hang clothes so I brought a portable clothes hanger and set it up. Close to grocery store, ice cream shops and so much more. Advertised as two short blocks walk to the beach but actually 2 1/2 very long blocks walk to the beach. Very high temps the week we were there so we decided to drive each day to the beach. Lots of parking places available but paid parking only. After 5pm free parking. You can rent street legal golf carts if you choose too. We rented bikes and they were delivered before we arrived and picked up after our check out. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative was surveillance cameras outside on both screened in porches making it uncomfortable to sit outside.

We had a great time at Sea-N-Red. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. We loved all of the porches and sitting areas outside. It was also nice having the upper and lower rentals as separate places. My sister and her family rented the lower half so we still got to be close by, but also have our separate spaces for napping children, etc. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected. It said it was a 6 minute walk, but it was really a 10 minute walk. It would have been ok, except for having to cross the super busy 3 lane highway with a wagon and 2 small children. So this added more time to the walk since we had to stand there for so long and wait for a break in traffic to be able to safely cross. That was the worst part of the whole week. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. The bidet toilet did scare me a little, but I guess some people would like it haha! There was also an outdoor shower that was not mentioned anywhere on the website, possibly because there was no door on it. Maybe one will be added later? It was nice to be able to shower the kids off and not track in all that sand. There was not tons to do in Oak Island, unless you drove to another area. The beach was great. The pier was close by. Lots of ice cream choices. There is a fun playground and splash pad nearby that has outdoor concerts on Friday nights. We made some great family memories here and enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Publix grocery store, restaurants, and beach access within walking distance. Quiet area. Bed and linens very comfortable. The space is small, but served our needs.

Our family Thanksgiving getaway found us unable to find a house large enough for all of us that we could afford. My daughter and her family stayed in a house close by on Oak Island while my husband and I stayed at Sea N Re- lower. It was perfect for us. The chairs are very comfortable as well as the bed, which is top priority for me. I love that there is a standard size fridge. If you’re planning on cooking you will be disappointed as it is equipped with just a microwave, toaster, and Keurig. This place is great for couples who like to eat their main meal out.

Property was exactly what we expected and met all our needs. Clean and well equipped. Five to 10 minute walk to beach, be careful crossing over the oak island drive, lots of traffic. Nice sitting area outside the condo.

The place is small, but it's got everything we needed. Great location, close to everything and Oak Island is a very cool town!!! The rental is perfect for a couple, very cozy. The bed is very comfortable (on the form side). Only complaint I had was that you couldn't turn the temperature below 70, but there's a fan above the bed, so it worked out. We'd totally stay at this location again!
