This place is wonderful. It’s just across the street from the beach. The house is cozy and has plenty of room. We love it. Needs a few small repairs but otherwise it’s great. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to going back. This was our second year.

We were very happy with this beach house. It was really nice having linens provided. Vacasa was great with communication. Location is close to the beach and an easy walk across the street. The house was clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room downstairs worked well. Front porch provided a great place to sit and listen to the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We’ve been staying at Edify for >10 years now! I love it as everything is on one level! Laundry is great! New huge deck upstairs! We will keep staying here every year! 👍🦀🐬

This house was an awesome stay. I stayed in it a few times when I was 4-5 years old with my parents and it was amazing to see the renovation. I was happy to be able to bring my children to my childhood vacation beach house. It’s very clean, up to date and close to the public beach access. The porch swing is a great addition. It’s very bright and homey feeling. Will definitely book here again in the future.

We stayed at Edify last year, and we weren't completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, we tried again this year and we were very happy! I guess the transition of realtors made it a rough year......we plan to stay there again next year! Nice house, just the size we needed and great location!

We’ve rented this house the same week every year for 10 years now. Since it has been run by Vacasa, our experience has been wonderful! Unfortunately, our oven wasn’t working properly, ( not Vacasa fault) there were prompt to fix the problem and also gave us a $100 credit to our bill. They constantly called us to make sure we were okay. Whenever you call for anything, you actually get a human being to talk to. Would recommend Vacasa realty anytime!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week at this home. Spacious and very clean home. Master bedroom had plenty of time to change clothes and store luggage. New living room furniture was amazing. Loved being able to park underneath the porch. Large front porch with rockers!! The cleaning service was amazing! I loved the fact that our garbage cans were taken to the street for us. We had so much fun!

My family of 3 along with my parents stayed here, and we are completely satisfied! Perfect amount of space, and just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean. This spot has all the amenities you could need including an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach! I would definitely stay here again!
