Location and proximity to the beach is fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house does need some serious painting and love inside. But nothing so terrible I wouldn't go back again.

House was clean on our arrival. Met all our needs for a family with children vacationing. The kitchen was equipped with most everything needed for cooking dinners. One request would be for a gas grill but we made do. Location was amazing with just steps to the beach. Walking distance for many restaurants to enjoy. More than enough space for 3 vehicles. House in need of a painting refresh. Beds comfortable. The convenience of the outdoor shower on the deck was great at keeping sand out of the house. Loved this feature. Will definitely be staying here again. Great house for a great vacation!

This is our second stays at Beavers Place E. Family of six had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. We loved being close to restaurants and the ocean. Also, I said this in my previous review and I'll say it again, the beds are marvelous! We can't wait to stay again!

This house is amazing! There was plenty of space for 2 adults and our 4 kids. I really have nothing negative to say about this house, but plenty of positives. First of all the beds were amazing, I usually don't sleep well on vacation but I got the best sleep of my life there. I love that the sheets were already on the bed so I didn't have to go and make all the beds as soon as I got there. There were plenty of bath towels AND shampoo, conditioner, soap provided. It was awesome to come in to dish liquid, laundry detergent and toilet paper! We never heard our neighbors who were staying next door, it actually felt like we were staying in a private house not a duplex. The house is close to restaurants, the candy store and best of all, the coffee shop. The water hose has high pressure for washing off your feet, and the outdoor shower was great. We never ran out of hot water, even with all of us running the water and the washer! I could keep talking about how perfect this house is, but I think you get the idea. Book this house and have yourself a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to stay here again! After years of staying at Holden this is by far our favorite house!

This house is located at a perfect location. Four houses from the bridge, 1 minute walk to 2 nice restaurants. Beach is in ur backyard. The hosts were very, very response to are 2 very minor issues. I actually texted at 11:30PM saying we can resolve in the AM and I got a text within seconds! Rent this place with confidence and enjoy!!

Great location! Close to restaurants and the bridge coming into Holden. Property was clean and well maintained. Best part is the outdoor shower right on the deck where you could shower before entering the house.

We love this place so much that we reserved it for another stay before our week stay was over. It’s a very beautiful home with tons of space, steps from the beach, it has a very covenant outside shower right next to the back door entrance, short walking distance to the restaurants and ice cream shop, and so much more. The house is in a great location, close to every thing you need. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and out door shower. Comfortable setting for 8. However the kitchen was not well stocked and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry.

We had plenty of space for 5 adults and 4 kids. Beds were very comfortable. Walked directly onto beach each day with ease. When the water filter was beeping and the outdoor shower wasn’t working, they sent someone that very day to fix it. It should be noted that the house is next to a public beach access point, but the beach was not crowded. Our family enjoyed a wonderful week together. It was a joy to visit here and we home to come back.

This is the second year in a row that we rented this house. My sister was married there last year. Both times we booked through Alan Holden vacations but this year they were taken over by vacasa. They did add little home items that were needed such as dish towels and more dishes but I think there were maybe 2 hangers for all the closets. When we arrived one of the bedroom door knobs fell off and all of the shower doors are installed upside down so it’s very awkward to get in and turn it on. Besides that the home is beautiful, views are amazing and you can walk up the best restaurants. As far as vacasa goes, every single person I spoke to either had no idea about anything or were so completely rude it did not reflect the southern hospitality we are used to. The company made every single person wait until exactly 4pm to check in. There was a line of probably 100 hot, tired and angry people all the way to the street waiting on keys. Then when they finally gave us the keys they told us they couldn’t guarantee that the house was ready. When we arrived at our house it was still not clean, with a mop and trash bag laying in the middle of the kitchen floor and cleaners were rushing around us as we were packing our things in. The older woman at the Holden beach office was especially rude to every single person she spoke to. I have vacationed at Holden beach for 20 years and loved beavers place east but will never book through Vacasa again.
