This is the first time we stayed at an AirB+B and were thrilled with everything. The location on the beach was amazing. The inside of the house was charming with everything anyone would need. It was spotlessly cleaned and beautifully decorated. The deck in the back had a great view of the ocean and the private ramp was convenient. It was so easy to access the sand. We had a blast shelling and brought home the mother load of souvenirs. We can’t wait to go to Holden Beach again and will definitely stay at the same house!

We so enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for a family of four. The house is retro, and extremely clean. So charming! The outdoor shower isn’t the most accessible, but that was our only complaint. We had to contact Vacasa for a maintenance call and they were fabulous. We had someone out within an hour of our text. We will be back!

This house is on a great spot for the beach. Plenty of beach to enjoy. The house was well equiped in the kitchen. The house has the old beach bungalow charm. The house was very clean when we arrived.

The back porch is great for enjoying the sounds of the ocean and rocking in the chairs. It's a classic no frills beach vacation.

Booked this house because owner had blocked off months of availability for our usual house at Holden Beach. Have to say, it was a pleasant surprise! Pros and cons for each house when comparing the two. Overall, it's good to know either way we go, we'll enjoy it!

This is a well maintained and super cute classic Carolina Beach Cottage. It is decorated with fun eclectic beach art and furnished adequately. The oak hardwood floors and original pine paneling transport you back to a simpler time. The house has easy access out to the beach. Everything was great and I was impressed with Vacassa property management company.

Everything was good the only thing is there may be something in the attic keep hearing something up there i noticed a hole at the end of porch where something could get up in there either that or the place is hunted who know but over all a great place to stay thanks for asking have great day

The house was so well decorated for the beach! We have stayed there several times over the years. Always a nice place. Right on the beach! The few concerns we had was resolved by Vacasa within a couple of hours, and on a Sunday! Looking forward to our next stay at Beachy Keen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen! The house was cozy, and more spacious than we had expected... which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the scenic porch and boardwalk. The house is located at an awesome spot on the beach.
