This is our tenth year vacationing at Holden and first year we decided to bring our pets. We were glad to find this house that was accommodating for dogs not restricted to 50lbs or less. Would recommend to anyone that likes to bring their dogs. The house was clean upon arrival and you would never know it was a dog friendly house by looks or smell. Great amenities, very comfortable for two families and great access to the beach.

New kitchen! Yay. Our gourp has stayed at this house twice a year for the past 3 years. We tend to stay in rather than gad about the area so the discovery of at new kitchen was fantastic. Thanks owners... Now maybe you can deal with the living room seating, it's dirty and worn and pretty uncomfortable cause it's so soft.

This is a lovely home, filled with amenities. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We found everything we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were shelves full of books to borrow, great TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a nice fire pit and chairs at the back of the house. You can see the ocean from the front porch rockers, and the beach is a quick walk away. Will definitely stay at this house again!.

This was the perfect place to celebrate a beachy Christmas! The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The dog had plenty of room to run around and the fenced in backyard was a game changer!! It felt like we nearly had the whole town to ourselves over the holidays too!

Quiet. Peaceful. Walkway across the street to the beach. The front porch was lovely. They have everything you need inside the house. The fenced in area out back was so convenient for our furry friend. You will not be disappointed in this rental. We shall return in the future!

Located across the street on Ocean Blvd, this home is family and pet friendly. I personally enjoy sitting out on the deck listening to the waves. Since this house is located on the west end, very little traffic. Our family has now stayed here twice. Highly recommend

The location of this property is amazing. A short walk to the beach, the best views off the deck. The house is aged but the location mores than compensates. If you are going to the beach to enjoy the beach this is the place for you.

This is our third visit staying at Summer Sands and we love it! At the beach, it is location first and foremost for us and you can’t get any closer than with this house. It is literally on the beach. The unit is clean, the washer and dryer is great, plenty of parking and the deck off the dining area is our favorite spot to people watch, dolphin watch or just to sit and relax. It’s an older home with not the latest and greatest gadgets or kitchen appliances but it’s functional and we love it. Again, the location is unbeatable

Having a clean, pet friendly place, steps to the beach made for a wonderful week - The fenced in yard was great for late night outs for the pooch. Location at the end of the road was a pleasant surprise as the car and foot traffic was light. Overall, a fabulous place to stay and we will be back.

The house is in a perfect location and ideal for pets. The beach is literally steps away and every amenity is provided. The couch downstairs is so comfy and the fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. It’s near the end of the beach so very little traffic. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

You couldn't get any closer to the beach if you tried! WONDERFUL location. I enjoyed watching the waves as I laid in bed! Vacasa personnel were very friendly and helpful. The house feels like grandma's house with it's well worn furniture but it was exactly what my family wanted. Did I mention the location to the beach??!! If you are looking for a high class modern & sleek home, this is not for you. But if you just want a great place to kick back with your family and friends and enjoy the beach, this is what you want!

This house is exactly everything you see in the pictures. Clean, updated, well stocked, great location, the list goes on... We had not been to Holden Beach in 7 years. While a tropical storm kept us holed up most of our trip, the house kept us cozy and comfortable. Allowing 4 dogs was a game changer for our family. A wonderful rare find and super appreciated. Especially with senior dogs and dogs with illnesses. You absolutely cannot tell inside the house that pets are even allowed there. Would very much recommend this house!

Sundancer will not disappoint. It was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Access to the beach was extremely convenient and took about two minutes. The beds were really comfortable and we got some much-needed rest. Thank you for presenting a beautiful home..

The house was clean, cozy and perfectly located. Six humans and four dogs had an amazing time. We cooked, BBQ'd, enjoyed the backyard. Located right across from the beach access had us taking walks on the beach at all times of day. Just perfect. Beds were comfortable and the house was in beautiful condition.

We had such an amazing time at Sun Dancer! It was the perfect location to spend our whole time at the beach! The house was clean and spacious and all of our kids got to have their own rooms. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and there was plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch with a view of the ocean just beyond the neighbors. The backyard was great for our dogs to roam safely and the sand made it really easy to clean up after them. Once our kids crossed the super low traffic street in front of the house they were free to run all the way down the boardwalk and to the beach without us having to be right there with them. Our dogs were so happy to be there with us too! Our kids never wanted to leave. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the view of the ocean was awesome even though it was across the street. Loved the shower area for the pooches and the rocking chairs on the front porch. Ample towels and supplies. Clean on arrival. We could not have asked for more (except a coffee table or side table in living room).
