This was a gorgeous property,my granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay hereonly downfall was 4 flights of steps,I was sore after the second day but we survived lol.Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve been visiting yearly for the last 7 or 8 years. Each year something has been updated. One year a bathroom, one year new Mini split A/C’s in each room and this year new flooring and some new furniture. My family loves it there!!

Perfect location between north and South Carolina. Loved the peacefulness and enjoyed watching the golfers play in the mornings.

My family and I were excited upon entering the condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated; just as advertised. There were a few things I felt needed more attention: the living room carpet and between & under couch cushions. Also both bathroom showers/jetted tub had visible dirt/scum. It wasn’t disgusting but needed more time spent cleaning these areas. Outside of those things the condo was perfect. We indeed recommend.

Beautifull beach (sunset beach)

The entire house was very clean and well maintained. There was a minor problem with the dishwasher and they replaced it. Could not not have asked for a better experience!

I loved everything about this home. The home is beautiful. Very spacious. The neighborhood is well kept and very peaceful. I enjoyed the balcony every morning just sitting in my peace and watching the golfers. The kitchen was very well equipped even tho we did not do any cooking. The bedroom are very spacious. You can live in the Master Bedroom. It has a sink, small fridge and microwave in there, a very huge walk in closet. The only thing was we had a hard time locking the door per instructions given. We had to use the kiddie lock but that dud not take anything from my review. I would truly consider this home again. Our stay was from June 7-11in 2024.

Would recommend anyone to stay at this home in Calabasa. Close drives to everything, great location, and great neighborhood. Will use again if staying in the area again.

It was a nice place to stay. Great environment. Plenty of things to do for families and couples. The drive to everything was 10-20 minutes away. This was the perfect little getaway!

We had a really wonderful trip! The kids were obsessed with pool and hot tub! We had enough space to spread out and separate when needed. Very comfortable and clean condo! Will absolutely work with Vacasa again in the future!!!

I am so happy with our choice! After many years of sports, school activities and life, this was our 1st family vacation ( our children are 29, 27, 26, and 22). The walk to the beach was not too bad, although I would have liked an ocean view, the location was great. Plenty of room and the AC was great and quiet. I would definitely return to Holden Beach for the peaceful, uncrowded area. We also witnessed the turtle areas that were ripped off on the beach which was really cool. We did experience a ceiling leak on the day before our departure. I notified Vacasa and someone was there to check it out within the hour. Make sure to get your Italian ice and refill your Koozie all week.

Each room having its own AC was a huge plus. The house had some wear and tear but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again. Gloria with Vacasa was very helpful throughout our entire stay.

Great place to stay. My family has stayed in this home multiple times over the past number of years. Every time we’ve stayed there has been a new upgrade made when we return. It’s obvious the owners are committed to improving the property. It’s a nice clean home that sits back about three blocks back. Easy walk to the beach, I’d say 5 minutes or less. I think it’s a great value. My family loves it there and we’ll definitely be back!
