Nice house, needs a little TLC, a mix up with some plumbing issues that were supposed to be fixed before we arrived but they got it done while we were there only hindered our stay a little as the plumber showed up 2 hours later then expected. Plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very comfortable beds, nice furniture and plenty of cooking utensils! Very roomy for a family! Vacasas people are very nice and helpful!

We’ve been visiting yearly for the last 7 or 8 years. Each year something has been updated. One year a bathroom, one year new Mini split A/C’s in each room and this year new flooring and some new furniture. My family loves it there!!

The entire house was very clean and well maintained. There was a minor problem with the dishwasher and they replaced it. Could not not have asked for a better experience!

This was exactly as described in the listing and in most reviews. The place was nice and there is a large amount of sitting room. Would definitely rent again.

I am so happy with our choice! After many years of sports, school activities and life, this was our 1st family vacation ( our children are 29, 27, 26, and 22). The walk to the beach was not too bad, although I would have liked an ocean view, the location was great. Plenty of room and the AC was great and quiet. I would definitely return to Holden Beach for the peaceful, uncrowded area. We also witnessed the turtle areas that were ripped off on the beach which was really cool. We did experience a ceiling leak on the day before our departure. I notified Vacasa and someone was there to check it out within the hour. Make sure to get your Italian ice and refill your Koozie all week.

Extremely clean, with short walk to the beach. But being off the main road, made it very peaceful. Will stay here again.

Each room having its own AC was a huge plus. The house had some wear and tear but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again. Gloria with Vacasa was very helpful throughout our entire stay.

Great place to stay. My family has stayed in this home multiple times over the past number of years. Every time we’ve stayed there has been a new upgrade made when we return. It’s obvious the owners are committed to improving the property. It’s a nice clean home that sits back about three blocks back. Easy walk to the beach, I’d say 5 minutes or less. I think it’s a great value. My family loves it there and we’ll definitely be back!

Spent a fantastic weekend here with family. Close to everything you would want to do, shopping, restaurants and the beach. We will be back!
