This was our 3rd year at this house. We love the layout, the views are gorgeous and plenty of space for everyone. The grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock.

The home and its setting are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking the intercostal waterway and the dock is great for sitting and sunbathing. The pool is a great amenity that our kids enjoyed throughout the whole trip. The beds slept great, the sheets were clean and crisp. The window views all around the home are fantastic. Would love to have had more time. Thank you to the owner for being welcoming. This home does not have outdoor cameras and I appreciate that. Privacy is important to us and I know it takes some trust on the owners part to allow that.

Loved the bright clean house. Heated pool is a great option to have. 10minute walk to beach. Nice views of intercostal.

Really no complaints other than the kitchen could be better stocked with more dishes and silverware although it did have those things, but we had to hand wash silverware in between use of the dishwasher. But other than that, great place! We liked how the three bedrooms are somewhat secluded away from the family room. The early riser couple got the bedroom right off the dining area which worked great for them and the kids and late risers got the other 3 rooms. Place was very clean and nice! Would highly recommend this house!

Location was so good that our son in law who worried about not being on the beach has already suggested rebooking for next year. The house was spacious. After spending time in the 90+ degree beach we were happy to relax in and near the covered pool. The area was quiet and this was perfect for our 4 generation group. Unfortunately next year if everyone wants to go we will exceed the house capacity with a new 2 year old child.

Everything about this house was perfect for our two families! So beautiful inside and out! Really loved the feeling of being surrounded by both the canal and intracoastal! The pool was also amazing! We brought bikes and loved biking and/or walking to/from the beach! Would stay here over and over again! The kitchen doesn’t have a tremendous amount of supplies if you plan on cooking in like we did - and also there were no hangers in the closets so bring your own!

Loved all the room, the heated salt water pool. Saw dolphins from the deck! Everything was wonderful and you cannot get a better water view of the intercoastal. Just a block from the beach. Beautiful!

House is new and immaculate. The pool, though a little expensive to add on heat, was amazing. The place is very calming with lots of room to spread out with the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house had everything we needed and you cannot get a better view of the intercoastal. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at On the High Point. The wrap around views of the waterway were great and the pool was the perfect temperature while heated. The beach was about a mile walk away, but there is a public beach access directly across from where highpoint st spits out. All of the rooms were as described and there were nice touches like complimentary dish washer and laundry pods so we didn't have to buy those for a couple day stay. Would definitely come back to this location again.

This house was a beautiful place inside and out. The views were superb! The house was perfect for our family of 8. We keep a good watch on the grands so it wasn’t an issue for us but a fence in the backyard would have been icing on the cake. We would love to stay here again!! A beautiful home and the views are amazing! Just a heads up we had some issues dealing with Vacasa. Even though you’re booking through another company initially, you have to sign additional paperwork that Vacasa requires they give you 24 hours and then they cancel your reservation even though you’ve already booked and are confirmed!!! Ours went into our junk folder so we did not know therefore our reservation was canceled! They were not very helpful via the toll-free number either. The local manager was great though. The house itself was wonderful!

This is a very attractive, clean duplex with views from three sides. Enjoyed watching the traffic on the Intercostal. New appliances, plenty of outdoor space, great dock.

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views! We very much enjoyed our stay at On the High Point! The kitchen needs to be stocked. The can opener does not work and there is no strainer to make simple Mac and cheese…. Other then that, no complaints!

We loved our stay - 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a huge bonus. The house was clean, well appointed, and we had everything we needed. The only strange thing we’re the sheets, which were scratchy. The blankets were soft.
