This is a first floor condo that is lovingly decorated in a seashore theme. It has a screened in porch that has plasteen windows that pull down in case there is a shower so you can still sit outside. . Because it is a corner unit, windows provide sunlight throughout the rooms. Lovely rental!

We stayed here after Christmas to get away from bleak Ohio weather. It was a great little house, very clean and comfortable. We felt like locals! Our dog loved exploring the back yard and we loved walking to the beach and exploring the neighborhood.

The home is perfectly located near the beach, is well stocked for comfort and for cooking own meals, and is pretty inside. It offers a nice fenced in backyard and seating area. Highly recommend!

Magnificent golf course, fantastic amenities on-site, and close proximity to Sunset Beach. Everything we wanted in one place. The unit was clean, updated, and very roomy. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This Crow Creek condo was much more then I expected. The spacious master bedroom and the open layout of the living area was great for my golf trip but would also be a great spot for a family of 4 or 5. The surrounding area was well maintained and clean. I would hope to revisit this unit again

Pet-friendly with sizeable, flat and fully fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Can walk down the road, across the street to the beach and restaurants in less than 10 mins. Great house- Clean and well kept. Stocked with all you could need. Would stay again!

Location - easy walk to the beach, except for crossing a busy road. But doable. Or quick drive to Caswell Beach with free parking just steps to the beach. Comfort - couches and beds were comfortable. Linens were nice. Best stocked kitchen of any rental we've been to. Supplies - shade for the beach, beach chairs, a hose to wash off the sand in the back yard, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, a washer and dryer, games and a puzzle.

The Coco Cabana is a great little home in a great Oak Island location. We walked to the beach and pier. The house was impeccably clean, and very well appointed in the kitchen. The bath and kitchen fixtures were modernly updated, and the room decor lovingly applied. While the cottage is small, it lives like a much larger home...with ample bathrooms, large kitchen, and plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. I enjoyed a nice getaway with 3 teens in tow. We had all we needed to enjoy. We left the dog at home this visit, but the fenced yard would have provided a nice space for him to join us next time. I highly recommend the Coco Cabana!

My family had a wonderful stay at COCO CABANA. We checked in with keyless entry and had no occasion to contact anyone during our stay as everything was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, appliances all worked well. The bathroom showers were a luxurious relief when returning from the beach. We would however loved an outdoor shower. There was one outside but the water wasn’t running and there was no privacy. Plenty of good beach gear was available (lots of nice beach chairs and a corn hole game) including an easy to transport umbrella that was easy for us to anchor. The drive to the beach was just 3 blocks up the block with easy parking the first week of August. We brought 2 dogs that loved the safely enclosed backyard which gave us peace of mind when letting them out for a run-around. We would stay here again in a minute.!

This is the first time we used Vacasa and it was easy to schedule our days. The house was cleaned and had everything we needed. The only things we had to purchase is food. Will be using them again on our next vacation.

We stayed for a week in Oak Island, NC in a lovely detached home. The home is meticulous, beautiful, equipped with new appliances and furnishings, a fenced yard with a patio, and only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended! Hope to return!
