Additional attractions like the Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Golf Club, Oak Island Lighthouse, pickleball & tennis at Middleton Park, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are all less than 18 miles from your front door. Displaying 1,535 square feet of living space, you'll have no issues spreading out and getting comfortable. As you enter, you will immediately take notice of the living room's cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and large smart TV. From here, you'll have quick access to a screened-in porch. The gourmet eat-in kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sizable breakfast bar. When you'd prefer to cook alfresco, simply fire up the gas grill. Bright and spacious, the primary bedroom has a private workstation and en suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is accessible via French doors and also boasts quick bathroom access. Wireless internet, a full-sized washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning tie together the interior amenities. As the sun begins to set over paradise, hop on the provided bikes and head for the sand. You'll love watching the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues as they meet the water. Back from your ride, sip on a glass of wine from the comfort of the rockers on the front porch. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

We were quite pleased with this home. I will be checking availability of this rental before all others for future trips to Southport. Beautiful community with many features. Be sure to hang out at the marina for a while - very pleasant.

We greatly enjoyed our stay - all of our needs were met. Enjoying the screened porch for afternoon BBQing on the grill. Watching the model yacht club sailing their boats on the pond across the street... The home has well stocked kitchen, great TV and comfortable beds. Also really enjoyed the two car garage so we could store our bikes (also great area for that.) We would return is available in the future.

Great location, close to the pool and gym. Just a few minutes from the beach. Quit neighborhood. Comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs. We were very satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

My stay at the above home was very comfortable; it was charming & St. James Plantation was very nice. Not far from the adorable shops & restaurants in Southport. The access to the beach on Oak Island was easy & enjoyable.I would stay there again!
