Your rest and relaxation will easily be found in the condo's spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the stellar interior perks. Away from your stay, there is no lack of things to do! Please your palate while taste-testing around town, enjoy North Carolina's sea air while visiting one of the area's parks, and engage in hours of playful, family-friendly fun at Oak Island Mini Golf. Loved the place we stayed in. But keep in mind this is a vacation for over 60 years old. No night life on the island. Sidewalks roll up by 8:00 pm

We had booked this property based on the view one gains online. It exceeded our expectations as we had ample space, towels, nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms The laundry room was ideal for our needs and the kitchen another great place to use with ample dishes, glassware and cabinets for storage along with the appliances in place. The house was very clean and the ease of access being on the first floor made a difference. The pool was across the street and golf courses and the town of Soutport were close by. Would highly recommend the property.

St James is a one of a kind neighborhood. Beautiful homes and trees. 4 very nice golf courses. Beautiful marina and waterway park. Amazing sunsets. Great local food. Marina restaurant is excellent, so you really don’t have to leave the neighborhood. And if you have friends there, you can eat at the club restaurants too. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms spacious condo with privacy and quiet screened patio was wonderful.

This ground floor condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 FULL baths with a kitchen, eating area, living room, patio was comfortable and equipped with ample towels and sheets already on the beds. Close to the St. James Marina, Beacon 315 restuarant, Waterway Park on the ICW, Oak Island, and downtown Southport. Many fun places to walk and drive nearby to tour. Fun time on the Southport Fun Tour with Rev and the Southport Water Tour. Enjoyed great meals at Beacon 315, Fishy Fishy Cafe, Koko Cabana and others.
