During your stay, you can whip up your favorite dishes amidst the full kitchen's modern appliances and center island/breakfast bar. As you explore the rest of the space, you will discover two equally inviting bedrooms, complete with Smart TVs, soft linens, ample storage space, and central air. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, kitchenette, bistro table, and its own personal balcony. Additional interior perks include super-fast WiFi, dimming ambient lights, a private washer/dryer, toys for the kids, games for the family, and a Pack-N-Play. Outside, the community's amenities are prepared to host hours of entertainment! Practice your swing on one of the three different on-site golf courses. Things to Know - - Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this home. - This rental is located on floor 2. - Parking is available for 4 vehicles. - There is a security camera but only at the front doorbell. Lastly, due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
