New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Make some of your favorite memories when you settle down at Ev's Escape, 201B. This lovely stay is fully updated and is nestled in a great location near numerous golf courses, eateries, shops, and the water. Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, enjoy visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, 201B, get comfortable on the plush beds, watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, and store all your tropical treats in the kitchenette's mini-fridge. The sizable bathroom boasts a large vanity and closet. You won't have to worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. Internet access rounds out the amenities. Things to Know The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

The unit was very clean and provided many wonderful amenities not mentioned online. I brought a keurig and kettle because I did not see them mentioned in the description, or see them in the photos, but they provided both of those items, as well as some toiletries, and dish soap. Basically everything I needed was available. My only suggestion would be to add a pillow top or foam mattress to the top of the beds. They were wonderfully firm, which I like, but had no “give” or softness for those of us who have achy joints. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and would book again.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting friends in the area. Having the kitchenette allowed us to eat breakfast in and keep snacks. The room is very pleasant and well decorated. I like that the sinks are outside of the shower/toilet room, too. There is a nice big closet and bureau to store your clothes. They have a wash basket, hangers, hairdryer. Provided starter shampoo, conditioner, TP, and soap. In the kitchen, they had a sponge and dish soap. Both a regular and Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. Highly recommend.
