These beautiful Sunset Beach condos are fully updated and are nestled in a great location near numerous golf courses, eateries, shops, and of course, the water. Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, enjoy visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the spacious living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - perfect for culinary pursuits! An additional kitchenette is available in the second condo. Both of the condo's bedrooms are plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities. Things to Know The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.
