Cleanliness and proximity to everything. The pool, the view of the pond, the beach and restaurants and also the hot tub. Perfect is the word to use.

OK. The address numbers are located at the middle bottom of of the third floor walk ways. They are not illuminated and sometimes are covered by trees. The actual building numbers are on signs right in front of the buildings. Usually with cars parked in front of them. Overall it was a great condo. My in-laws live in the same neighborhood. This was super convenient for visiting them and as a base for visiting the whole area. The apartment is a great set up for families. The pool is a short walk away. Easy access to beaches and area entertainment. We would definitely stay there again.

The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a beach day. Beach chairs, towels and toys. They even have a steam pot, so we were able to make some crab legs from the comforts of the condo and enjoy the view. We will be returning!!!

We stayed in this condo over a cold dark rainy weekend and it was great. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. And I loved that the bath towels weren't worn down.

It was very clean, quiet, and very handy to ocean, shopping and eating. Loved the wildlife. Long time NC resident and saw my first NC gator at the pond. Thank you.

My parents’ house and aunt’s condo are in this golf community so I know the area well and have rented several places over the years. Sweet Retreat is in the top 3. Everything looks new and very clean. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful complimentary items. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, Cozy and very clean. Great place to relax and turn off. The view of the pond is as perfect. We loved our stay.

We were in town for a short, 2 night stay for a wedding and this place fit our needs, really just the beds and bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen or laundry. The vertical blinds should really be replaced with blackout curtains, especially in the master bedroom. The light woke me up too early both mornings. Kids said their beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. Very clean, well decorated, & comfortable.

Loved sitting on the lanai watching wildlife including the gators King bed very very comfortable Guest room/full beds sucken in mattress but decor otherwise very welcoming

The condo was very clean. The owner was thoughtful in including items such as books and games, umbrellas and all items needed in the kitchen. The condo was very cozy and we enjoyed the screened porch with rocking chairs. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Loved how quiet it was, great location to explore the area, great golf. Watching birds on the pond was a huge plus, egrets and herons love the area.

We loved the comfort and beauty of Sweet Retreat! Everything we needed during our stay was there. The area is quiet and private. Enjoyed pond view and watching the wildlife. Convenient to Sunset Beach and Calabash. We’ll be back to stay again!

One of the best condos we have stayed in on a family vacation. The location was great and the amenities were awesome. Vacasa was very quick to deal with an issue with our dryer and very easy to work with for this stay.

Very nice condo! Great location not far from pool. Loved screened in porch with the outside entrance. Beds comfortable! Washer and dryer were great!! Everything you could possibly need!
