The Sea Trail Golf Resort and the entire grand strand, from Myrtle Beach up to Wilmington is renowned for its long sandy beaches and championship golf courses. This villa has also been recently updated with new queen beds, furniture, and play space, including a dartboard, tiki toss, corn hole, and practice your putting on the green all set up in the shared covered patio. But what makes this Villa a special place is its location. This unit is so close to everything you could walk or ride a bike to several local shops, restaurants, waterfront parks, and even the beach which is only 1.9 miles away just over the bridge. So rent a bike, store it in our bike rack on the patio, and explore the Sea Trail community and Sunset Beach. Between the pristine shores of Sunset Beach and the endless golf, this vacation home is sure to offer beautiful weather and hours of sun- soaked bliss during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW The host provides 140 channels on Ultimate DirectTV service to stream all the Games on smart TVs. Guests can also log into their own Netflix, TV Anywhere, Prime, via the TV apps during their stay Bluetooth-linked Stereo to stream Apple, or Spotify music House Rules include no pets, no unregistered guest parties, and no smoking are allowed a t this vacation rental. This spot was perfect for our family of 4 (2 small kiddos). It was cozy, had many amenities - we loved the outdoor space downstairs - and was quiet. It was close to the beach and had lots of good eats around.

Was a lovely home base for us while we were in town for a family wedding. The beds in particular were very comfortable and helped us get some wonderful sleep.

My friends and I found this rental property to be very clean and comfortable. The sectional couch and beds were the best! Loved the screened porch and comfy furniture too. Kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots and pans etc. We will definitely book it again!

This was the second time staying at this home and I say home because that’s we felt the minute we walked through the door. It’s always been everything advertised and then some. With just a short drive to the beach and a relaxing park by the waterway makes for a great weekend getaway.
