New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

You'll enjoy the best of both worlds at this comfortable second-floor condo - a quiet, setting on the Sandpiper Bay Golf Course, plus easy access to Sunset Beach, around five miles away. Myrtle Beach is only 30 miles away, and tons of local shops, restaurants, and attractions surround you. Start the day with coffee on your serene balcony, overlooking the pond. Inside, you'll find a space that's been renovated with tile and luxury flooring, and nine-foot vaulted ceilings to make the space live large. Meal prep is a breeze in the open, full kitchen, and the gang can eat together at the adjacent table. When it's time to head for the beach, don't forget to grab all the toys, gear, and boogie boards out of the storage closet. If you've got golf on your mind, there's a spare set of clubs available as well. At dinnertime, head to one of the complex's shared charcoal grills for an easy meal, or step out to a local restaurant. Unwind on the couch while you stream the latest release or upload the day's pics to social media with the free WiFi. Call it a night in one of the well-appointed bedrooms, but not before another trip to the balcony for a toast to your good luck at booking the perfect family escape and bring a furry friend with you, we are dog-friendly. THINGS TO KNOW 2 TVs have streaming and cable capabilities (guests should use their own account information for streaming). 1 TV does not have streaming and cable (please bring your own devices - Roku-Fire stick, DVD player, and HDMI cord).

Sometimes you don't really know about a place, until something goes a little wrong. We had a very minor problem with one of the beds when we checked in, and two minor maintenance issues. When we called for assistance, the response was immediate, courteous, and professional! I never had another problem while I was there. As a matter of fact, my wife and I discussed our plans to come back to Sunset Beach just so we could stay here again. More than that, the other guests were entirely courteous. I really appreciated this. No one was loud or rude. Everyone was respectful of everyone else. Everyone cleaned up after their pets! I really couldn't ask for more. And the value for all the amenities we enjoyed was unmatched. I really appreciated the host and all the property management personnel. We will see you again soon!

The house was super clean, quiet neighborhood, we were close to everything we wanted to do, within 15 mins of ocean Isle and sunset beach, 45 mins to north Myrtle Beach, kids loved it, mom n dad loved it, def be back again

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and the unit had everything you'd need from extra pillows to scissors in the kitchen! My next trip to Sunset Beach will definitely involve a stay with Vacasa Properties.

Gorgeous neighborhood with a ton of green space. Gorgeous screened in porch. Great location. Nice pool. Plenty of parking. Spacious condo. One of the cleanest homes I've rented in 25 years. Really thoughtful touches like dishwasher and laundry detergent in home. Only even better if would be in the kitchen. If you're just looking for cereal and sandwiches during your stay - it's totally adequate with plates bowls and silverware. I've got a ton of food allergies so we cook - and the pots and pans really need to be replaced. I would absolutely rent here again and am already looking at the same dates next year. It's a lovely place.

Rented this home over the Holiday weekend to be close to family and friends. The condo was very homey and comfortable, with a beachy feel. The nice view from the back porch made it special. Everything was included as stated and the unit was very clean. Very nice, quiet community!!

This home was very clean. There were also plenty of towels and utensils in the kitchen. We enjoyed the great areas to walk our dog. It was a quiet neighborhood in which we felt safe. 10 minute drive to the beach.

We loved the convenience of location for our purposes. Plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Being on the second floor available only by stairs was not a problem at all, and the keyless entry was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the view from the screened porch overlooking the pond with fountain was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!
