Available for monthly rentals, this snowbird-friendly home offers the perfect place in Sunset Beach to catch up on rest and relaxation. Outdoor living is easy with two screened porches for enjoying fresh coastal breezes. Located less than two miles from the shore, you'll love being walking distance to shops and eateries, plus under 10 minutes from an array of scenic golf courses. Sunset Beach Pier is just a lovely 6 minute drive. Inside, you'll find a single-level interior with all the comforts of home - including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Cuddle up and watch favorite shows in the open living area. Craft delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. At night, unwind in one of two plush bedrooms, each with a private bath.

This was great for our family 6 (4 kids). I was nervous the whole time, as my youngest is on the spectrum and enjoys stomping, that someone would complain and wed be asked to leave. But nobody seemed bothered. The apartment is roomy enough and has 2 balconies. There were plenty of beds for all of my kids. They also enjoyed the recliners in the living room. The only down side is no access to a pool but it is less than 10 minutes to the beach.

Wee have been vacationing at Sunset Beach for the past 8 years. We have stayed at different rentals in the past. This property was hands down the best! It was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances worked perfectly and all the kitchenware was clean and good quality. It was a terrific location. We were a very short drive to the beach and close enough to walk to the farmers market and a few shops. We hope to rent this property again for our annual trip next July!

We (2) enjoyed our stay for a long weekend at the beach. The location was convenient to the bridge so the beach was only a short drive away. The unit was very comfortable. Recommended!

This unit is so spacious and extremely clean. We knew we had to walk up to third floor, but once there was wonderful and quiet. So close to the beach, good shopping, restaurants. (55 - in convention center, Fibber McGee, sugar shack (best ribs and coconut shrimp). Golf course being worked on but we got 18 in anyway. Overall a great place and area. We will be back!!!

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The place is really large and very quiet. It was a short drive to the beach.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights and found it to be so comfortable. We were close to everything and had a beautiful view of the first fairway at the Sea Trail Maples course. Both bathrooms were spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture was all very good quality. We were so pleased with the massive amount of towels left there for us and the ease of check in and check out. The condo itself was sunny and spacious. It was a very cheery place to wake up in every day and we utilized the porch almost every evening. I would definitely recommend and I would come back for another stay.
