This spacious 1BR condo is located in Colony II at Oyster Bay and features unbeatable access to the links at Oyster Bay as well as other prominent courses. The coast is just over 5 minutes from home! This unit is Snow Bird friendly. This unit offers a private balcony and two flat-screen TVs. On-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, exercise room, and grilling areas. LIVING AREA The sunny living area offers two armchairs, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cookware for preparing delicious meals. When its time to eat, the kitchen bar accommodates two, and the dining table seats four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The private balcony offers two chairs and views of the lush greenery. Colony II at Oyster Bay community amenities include: - Indoor pool - Outdoor pool (open seasonally Memorial Day Labor Day) - Hot tub - Exercise room - Charcoal grills and picnic tables EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open parking lot. This unit is on the second floor. Elevators are not available. LOCATION This conveniently located condo is just over 5 minutes from the Sunset Beach coastline. Nearby golf courses include the on-site Oyster Bay Golf Links (2-minute drive), The Pearl Golf Course (7-minute drive), and Tigers Eye Golf Links (13-minute drive). Find a wide array of dining and shopping establishments within a quick drive. Try your luck at the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier.

Could not have had a better experience! Perfect for our family with 3 young kids. Very clean, communication from Vacasa was amazing, had everything we needed. Close to the beach, private, plenty of room. Will be booking again for next year asap.

We loved it mostly because of the cleanliness. There is only one bathroom which made it a bit awkward sharing a bathroom that only had access through the bedroom with two teenage boys who slept on the pull out couch. Overall, loved the place and close to beaches.

The condo was perfect for us! Great location, right off main beach road with easy in and out and drive to beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and well supplied for our needs. Great pool and spa too! Very quiet.

We loved the location of this place and it was perfect for our little family of 3. It was nice to have a short drive to the beach each day and be close to the local market in the park.

Amazing location. About an 8 minute drive to sunset beach pier and about 15 minutes to calabash where theres amazing restaurants and shopping. Home was very clean. Second floor location. Perfect for what we needed and was very quiet. Would stay there again for sure!

We loved that we could cook food and make coffee - and the in suite washer and dryer were a great plus as this was week 2 of our vacation! The frogs singing in the pond in the evenings provided a relaxing soundtrack after our rounds of golf nearby. The hotel style bathroom supplies were also very much appreciated! A beautiful and comfortable space that felt like home!

Updated condo near the beach and many activities to do near by and within short drives. Loved the beach and pool and the kids loved fishing on the pier. Even caught a shark! Visited Southport and Wilmington and a turtle rescue too. Can’t wait to come back

My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last week and it was absolute perfection! The condo is nice-sized with two large beds in the spacious bedroom and a huge bathroom with separate tub, shower and water closet. It's close to everything (the beach, dining, necessities) yet secluded and quiet. We met many neighbors but never heard a sound while inside our unit. The pool is beautiful and well cared for as well. The unit is adorable and very clean. Has everything needed for relaxing, quiet get-away. The hosts have also created a binder with everything you would want to know about local attractions, dining, necessities, history, etc.
