SB01 Sunset Serenade

This condo was clean and comfortable. It was in a very convenient location to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle, and N. Myrtle Beach. My family had a great time at the community’s pools, and we will be going back.

Be aware that as soon as you book a place with Vacasa they will immediately inundate you with text messages unless you call and express your discontent with the invasion. Vacasa is not entirely welcoming as a property mgmt. firm. The necessities for a stay are provided. Unfortunately for guests, the simplicities that make one feel welcome, aren’t, like first morning Kcups. You should plan to bring your own soaps, shampoo, Kleenex and K cups for the first morning or plan to buy them at your first Food Lion visit. For a similar price, a hotel would provide these. As far as this property, it was cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except for a needed pizza pan. Dish/dishwasher soaps/sponge and paper towel roll are there. The location was quiet and peaceful with a nice screened in porch. FYI, there is a pond between the condo and the golf course that is home to an alligator. Watch kids and pets carefully.

The view off the deck is wonderful. It is a beautiful pond view and very peaceful. The unit is very nice, excellent beds, kitchen and furniture. I really enjoyed my stay.

Located on a dead end, quiet neighborhood, great view of golf course. It is waterfront with a pond. We were able to catch some catfish in the pond.

The location is great - easy access to the beach and other places. Unit was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was great and the view of the pond was lovely. Vacasa is always easy to work with - they are very responsive and accommodating.

The unit we stayed in was very nice. All the furniture and important things worked very well. Loved the shower which is hard to find in these condo units but all and all very nice. I am a little handicapped so the furniture in this unit was hard for me to sit on, but thats on me not on the unit. Love the area in and around Sunset Beach we did a little exploring both north and south. Calabash has great restaurants so never had to worry about a meal. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in this unit.

We loved the unit. It had alot of amenities and was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch and having our morning coffee as well as afternoon lounging. We will certainly be returning next season
