OIB86 The Beach House

Clean, classic beach bungalow - well appointed and nice upgrades. Pool area felt like a bonus room, while the kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were updated, and family room was excellent (large tv, very inviting).
Less than a minute walk to the beach, with ocean views from both ends of the front deck. Town is less than a ten minute walk from the house. Host was proactive and easy to work with.

Great location at Ocean Isle Beach. Perfect for small family. Would suggest a grill be added. Would stay again.

This was the best vacation I’ve stayed in in quite a long time. The size of the home was perfect for a small family (instead of the massive houses that are usually listed for rentals. Having the saltwater pool was a great option when our toddler got tired of the sand at the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved our stay! The location to the beach is fantastic, we were on the beach and settled within 10 minutes of leaving the house. The pool was great also, super clean! Water was chilly but didn't stop our crew. House was so clean and smelled great upon our arrival. Only downside was the sleeper bed/couch was super uncomfortable, our teen ended up sleeping on it just as a couch. Also the kitchen table is pretty small but most of us ended up eating outside. We hope to be back soon:)

I booked this home for my wife and 5 year old for a long weekend, we are really pleased we found this house. Typically we only rent oceanfront so I was a bit concerned with 2nd row, but the proximity of this house to a public access was amazing. Basically walk out the front door and across the road and you are on the beach. Location was also great in proximity to the main attractions on the island. The house itself was well appointed and check-in and out was a breeze. The house was very clean and had anything a family would need, toiletries, etc were all provided. The main star was the pool area out back, to say this was a hit with my 5 year old was an understatement, she spent more time in the pool than at the beach. I would not hesitate to rent this house again, thanks to the owners for an amazing trip for my family.

Traveling with two toddlers it’s always a worry I’ve forgotten something. No need to worry with staying here!! The property provided a pack and play, high chair, sand toys, kids floatie, and so much more. The kids loved playing in the sand on the volleyball court behind the building. The space was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Tracy really has thought of everything to make the condo feel like a home away from home. Absolutely beautifully decorated and maintained. We will be back!!!

This condo was perfect! had everything we needed, in a great location, very clean!! The staff was friendly and Tracy was very helpful with any questions we had. It was also very nice and helpful to see Tracy made a book with things to do in ocean isle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent in ocean isle!
