What a lovely stay for our week on Ocean Isle Beach! Would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're needing a place to work remotely while on vacation.

My wife and I were in the area viewing it for a possible relocation for retirement. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were glad to that we were able to enjoy the amenities and close proximity to the beach.

Loved the stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and chairs and things to use at the beach. Also the house has a great beach theme and colors and decorated nicely! It’s nice to have a pool available to use also!

This apartment was spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It had all the things we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and then beach bugee and umbrella that was provided. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Would stay again.

We loved staying here for a long weekend at OIB! The condo was very clean and updated, and it had everything we needed. It was very nice to be able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys from the storage closet. We loved getting to watch so many turtles and birds in the creek nearby. The second bedroom is a very small room with no windows, so it gets very dark at night, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is my 2nd visit in a month. I had an issue with the key pad the first time and that was promptly resolved. It’s the perfect proximity to the beach and the pier. I’ll be back as often as possible.

This was a great property for our family weekend trip. I would note that the ‘2nd bedroom’, however, is very tiny with no window and only accessible through the master bedroom. It was not a problem for us since our toddler stayed in that room, but could pose issues with a different group dynamic.

My husband and 2-year old daughter and I spent an April weekend here and it exceeded my expectations. The condo was well stocked, super clean, the office staff was so helpful and friendly. We couldn't get the dishwasher to run and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to fix it. Super quick walk to the beach and the sound, and it was so fun to watch the little turtles in the pond right below. Can't recommend enough!

We stayed at the sun catcher for our son’s wedding that was held just down the street. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The community was also clean and quiet.

The Suncatcher is an exemplary home for a beach vacation. It was the most comfortable and welcoming of our senior sister get togethers over the years. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed, and the linens were a very welcome addition. The walk to the beach took only a little while, and we were blessed with beautiful weather to enjoy it. I felt like our every need was anticipated!! It was an excellent location for walks, finding shells, and eating out. So many good restaurants in the area! We were sad to leave our home away from home.

This was our second time staying at the Suncatcher we had a great trip again! Sad to say goodbye we have a special place for Island Park in our hearts we love the proximity to the beach and how close the pools are we always trailer down our golf cart which is easier for us than renting one but it’s a must have for carting toddlers to and from the beach when someone has to go potty or take a nap etc. this house has everything you need to make meals did your family and we appreciate the toys as well our kids even remembered some of their favorite toys from our last time staying there which makes it feel more like home. Thanks again for a great stay we will be back next summer!

Enjoyed our stay and property at the Turquoise Pearl. Loved watching and feeding the turtles and crabs. The condo was stocked with everything we needed plus the storage area downstairs with the beach wagon,chairs,umbrella and kid toys were a bonus it saved us a lot of room in our suv while packing.

Our family had the most wonderful time staying at this property. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with the items you need. The back deck is perfect for your morning coffee or reading a book (and checking to see how crowded the pool might be.) :)

This property was everything we had hoped for. It was in an excellent location, with a pond in the back. We fished and watched for turtles and the pool was right across the water. The beach was with walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as other amenities on the property. You will not be disappointed!

Everything worked perfectly. This is a very comfortable place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was like home away from home. We loved the location and the extra amenities that came with the rental like the umbrella, beach wagon, and chairs. I would recommend this place to any couple or a couple with one small child.

Booked last minute for a beach trip with kids ( ages 5 and 7) and had a great time. Home is very well stocked, able to cook easily and lots of nice to haves like starter toiletries, dish, laundry detergent etc… Easy walk to the beach, the pool was a hit and the neighborhood was great for evening bike rides. Appreciated the blackout curtains in the kids room especially during the summer hours and the beach toys available. Definitely will look to book again !

My in laws used to own in island park and sold last year so this was our first time renting. We love the area and love how kid friendly island park is we let our kids ride their bikes and scooters around and don’t really have to worry about the cars/neighborhood traffic because most people are in golf carts and everyone is looking out for young kids. We loved the outdoor shower it was easy to bathe the kids in there after the beach everyday. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 in there we like that the twin beds were downstairs we put our 2 year old in there so we didn’t have to worry about her falling down the stairs. We loved that they had toys there my 2 year old was super excited about the little people barn/farm animals and the water table and my oldest (4 year old) was excited about the lightening McQueen race car he found. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed we almost always cook in at the beach v. Going out to eat just because it’s easier with little ones. We already booked this house for the last week in August and are excited to come back! Island park feels like home 💕

The suncatcher was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had four adults and two children (including a 1 yo). The home addressed lots of details that made things seem cared for--labeled lights, clothespins for chip clips, paper products, etc. They clearly thought through the guest experience to ensure that even the little things were top notch. What a perfect beach house for a family of all ages. My husband and I took our toddlers and their grandparents for a week long beach vacation and loved it. First of all, we love all that ocean isle has and have been coming for 3 years! The house was close to the beach and a bike ride away from restaurants, shops and playgrounds. This property has the best outdoor shower I’ve used. It’s very roomy and has a detachable shower head for getting all the sand off your kids! There are plenty of hooks and a space to dry your suits and towels. The backyard has a grill and plenty of seating for a nice dinner outside. At night we loves walking out on the top deck for some margs and we looked at the sunset by the Marsh! The pool is right around the lagoon and beach access across the the street. If you need to drive and park there were always spots available no matter if we tried in the morning or afternoon. Finally, the best part was the cleanliness of the home. It was spotless and I felt very comfortable with my kids exploring the home. We even found toys and games to play with! We also loved the fact that 3 of the bedroom have king beds and attached bathrooms! Great if you are going with multiple families! We love this home and will be booking again!

This is a fantastic beach home! It is very well furnished and decorated. The deck overlooking the lagoon, pool, and creek is amazing. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks. We highly recommend renting The Suncatcher!
