Coastal North Carolina living will come with ease when you settle down at this nautical-themed condo! With your loved ones by your side, dine with glimmering water views on the private balcony. Prepare tasty tropical dishes amongst the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances. Or, head to the shared pool for an invigorating dip in turquoise waters. Modern conveniences included that will make your stay a success include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access. Head out to the docks for an afternoon of fishing. Within 20 miles of your retreat, enjoy exploring the Museum of Coastal Carolina, The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Center, Sunset Beach Town Park, Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, Bird Island Reserve, and the Holden Beach Pavilion. Things to Know Please note that the small bedroom with a twin bed is located near the primary bedroom. Although compact, it meets all the necessary rental codes for a bedroom.

My wife and I were in the area viewing it for a possible relocation for retirement. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were glad to that we were able to enjoy the amenities and close proximity to the beach.

Loved the stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and chairs and things to use at the beach. Also the house has a great beach theme and colors and decorated nicely! It’s nice to have a pool available to use also!

This apartment was spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It had all the things we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and then beach bugee and umbrella that was provided. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Would stay again.

We loved staying here for a long weekend at OIB! The condo was very clean and updated, and it had everything we needed. It was very nice to be able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys from the storage closet. We loved getting to watch so many turtles and birds in the creek nearby. The second bedroom is a very small room with no windows, so it gets very dark at night, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is my 2nd visit in a month. I had an issue with the key pad the first time and that was promptly resolved. It’s the perfect proximity to the beach and the pier. I’ll be back as often as possible.

This was a great property for our family weekend trip. I would note that the ‘2nd bedroom’, however, is very tiny with no window and only accessible through the master bedroom. It was not a problem for us since our toddler stayed in that room, but could pose issues with a different group dynamic.

My husband and 2-year old daughter and I spent an April weekend here and it exceeded my expectations. The condo was well stocked, super clean, the office staff was so helpful and friendly. We couldn't get the dishwasher to run and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to fix it. Super quick walk to the beach and the sound, and it was so fun to watch the little turtles in the pond right below. Can't recommend enough!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Well stocked kitchen with all the things you need. The beach wagon was so helpful in carrying all our stuff to the beach. Overall a 10 on a scale from 1-10. You have made Ocean Isle our new vacation spot!

Enjoyed our stay and property at the Turquoise Pearl. Loved watching and feeding the turtles and crabs. The condo was stocked with everything we needed plus the storage area downstairs with the beach wagon,chairs,umbrella and kid toys were a bonus it saved us a lot of room in our suv while packing.

Everything worked perfectly. This is a very comfortable place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was like home away from home. We loved the location and the extra amenities that came with the rental like the umbrella, beach wagon, and chairs. I would recommend this place to any couple or a couple with one small child.
