New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this peaceful home located in a quiet mainland community just a couple of blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway and walkable to restaurants and shopping. This newly updated home sits on .40 acres (two lots) on Eyota Drive, a highly desired street to live on. You can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping boutiques, beauty salons, and so much more. The beach is two miles away! The home enjoys an outdoor patio area where you can relax and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails after a fantastic day at the beach. As you enter, a cozy open floor plan will greet you. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, a high-rise kitchen faucet, and a tiled backsplash. The open living area provides a great place to host binge-watching evenings thanks to the smart TV. Streaming services will require a guest account to access. When it's time to hit the hay, there are three private bedrooms for unwinding. Additional perks include central AC and a washer/dryer. Had a great experience at the house. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. When we arrived we had trouble getting into it with the code but they still were able to help us get in even though we showed up late at night due to work. Had a fun time when we stayed.

Great little house with perfect location for an annual girls trip to Ocean Isle. Aimee’s review from Oct is exactly how iur stay was this year. Property was clean, rental company checked in with us to make sure there wasn’t anything that needed to be address, and then again on Saturday. We will be back next year and hopefully it will be available cause we will certainly book it again!

Great little place. 30 minutes from Holden Beach. 8 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach. Code entry made arrival much easier Nothing major looked to need repair/ maintenance. Wonderful place to visit. Will highly consider returning to this rental

Very clean and spacious! Property management responds quick with any concerns. Only thing I suggest is toilet paper holders be placed in bathrooms. Other than that I would recommend this property.

Beautiful home easily accessible just off the main road to everywhere! Nicely decorated and well equipped for your stay…we’ll definitely have a return visit.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time this weekend at The Grey Pearl. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. Would definitely do this again. We had extended family at a hotel, but it was nice to come here and enjoy private time too.

This home was perfect for our family of 4. A 5 minute drive to the beach, grocery store and restaurants right around the corner. The house was in great condition. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, and Keurig that does both pots of coffee or k-cups. The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the Ring camera system on the property. I would have liked to have access to it.
