Welcome to Starfish Cottage! This exceptional 4BR/3BA home features 1,201 square feet of living space, including a newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy amazing ocean views and breezes from the open or covered back deck. The level you enter is charmingly elevated on stilts and is accessible via a lovely set of stairs, with a cozy garage tucked underneath. There's delightful decking off the back that invites you to the private swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house, making it a wonderful getaway! Just a minute's walk to the beach! LIVING AREA Relax in a bright, charming living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Unwind with the family and watch a movie on the 50 flat-screen TV. Ocean views are available from almost any window in the home. KITCHEN & DINING The freshly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to accommodate all your favorite recipes. Sit down for a special dinner at the dining table with seating for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four. BED & BATH The home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (king, king, queen, full-size, and twin). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An additional full bath off the main living area provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Rock the day away on the large front deck while enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful views of Ocean Isle. The back porch is a combination of both a covered and an uncovered area enjoy a drink or a light meal while admiring the ocean vistas. Take advantage of the gas grill and cookout next to the unheated pool. Dine alfresco at the picnic table on the pool deck. The backyard is fenced for privacy, and an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, as well as board and card games. Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted. THE LOCATION With public beach access just steps away in either direction, you will be on the beach within 1-2 minutes from the Starfish Cottage! Enjoy proximity to all the amazing Ocean Isle shops and activities along the island.

We loved the cottage feel and it had everything, we went there after my Dad passed away and took my Mom and daughter, brother and her boyfriend... super clean and, you are practically on the Ocean, very nice pool.. We will stay here again, They had everything for everyone at all ages...I have saved to my favorites, for the fall

My family and I had a wonderful visit to the Starfish Cottage! This home has beautiful views for coffee in the morning, a short walk to the beach to enjoy the ocean, and a refreshing pool to take a relaxing dip in the afternoon. It includes everything you need to make a delicious meal at home (including a grill, which we used for fresh seafood several nights), and thoughtful amenities, like charging stations and plenty of hooks for hanging damp towels and bathing suits. The beds provide a comfortable place to rest after a day at the beach, or an afternoon touring one of the local sites. I have stayed at this home with friends, cousins, and most recently, my immediate family, and each time it has worked out perfectly. Don’t miss this gem in Ocean Isle!

This house is perfect for our family/friends of 6. We Love that we can take our dogs. The pool area is such a nice place to hang out all day! Beach access is 2 houses away. Although the handicap access is about a 1/4 mile away. I would recommend this house for smaller families. It’s perfect!

Other than Debby sending us home early we had a great stay. This house is positioned perfectly between the beach and the road. Beach access is two houses down and very easy to get too. The house is very cozy and fit 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinners easily.

Easy walk to the beach. The house had lots of pool toys, beach toys, games for the kids. Perfect for a family!

This house was perfect and well kept. It was clean and met all our needs. The pool was so nice and enjoyed by my family. It was nice to have all the pool toys and floats available. Plenty of board games, even a corn hole game and yard size connect four. We reserved for 2025 so we are all set. You will have no regrets with this beach home!

The Starfish Cottage has become a home away from home! I have rented this house many times, and each stay gets better and better. The owners take great pride in continually making upgrades, including to flooring, painting, new bathroom fixtures, and most recently, all new kitchen appliances. The location and views can't be beat. Will be visiting again soon!

This house was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for the perfect stay! It was very clean and well maintained. The decor was cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Our family had an amazing time. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and just what we all needed to relax and unwind.

We loved this cottage and it was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, extremely clean and a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained. Further, we had some damage from a storm and Vacasa was there within hours to take care of the problem.

Beautiful home with ocean views with very close beach access. The house was clean and the pool area is totally fenced with lounge chairs and lighting for the family to hang out. House has everything you need! Loved this house and Ocean Isle.

We loved the ocean views, gorgeous pool, layout of the home & all the small touches (pool cleaning, towel hooks, amazing outdoor shower, charging stations, great coffee maker). The spacious decks were perfect for coffee and meals. The home was immaculately clean and Vacasa made the rental/checkin/get help process easy. We had no issues but loved that they checked in to make sure. The beach was close (less than a block either way) and the only challenge was the steps to the beach access where we were (OIB has several accessible beach areas). Our dogs loved the decks and it was a great, safe space for them to roam within the fence. Could not be happier with our stay!

The house was very clean when we first came in. Instructions were well written and invisible. The rooms were very cute and the decorations were on point. The pool area was phenomenal and a super short walk up to the public beach. Super close to the public park, restaurants, and shops. I will absolutely rent here again!
