PROPERTY OVERVIEW Situated right across the street from the wide beach and ocean, this single-level 4BR/4BA condo features expansive views from two ocean-facing decks. This second-story property is crafted with tile floors, wood beam ceilings, and plantation shutters. Enjoy access to The Isles Resort seasonal amenities - including a tiki bar, oceanfront pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and restaurant. When youre not frolicking in the delightful water right outside your door, play a round of golf at the dozens of courses in the area, or try your hand at surfcasting for striped bass. LIVING AREA When its time to relax, youll find a comfy sofa, two recliners, and an armchair with ottoman. A 49 flat screen TV, DVD player, and an array of books and board games provide plenty of entertainment. KITCHEN & DINING The chef of the group will appreciate a well-stocked kitchen with a full suite of all-white appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for six as dinner simmers. Craft a beverage at the wet bar and gather at the six-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home comfortably sleeps 12 total in four bedrooms. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, armchair, and 32 TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and shower/tub combination. A second bedroom features a full-size bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a 32 TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a bistro table with a chair. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat screen TV, and direct access to a private balcony with ocean view. The fourth bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA French doors open to the second-story deck offering wide open views of the beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean. Combine incredible views with an al fresco meal; a teak dining table with seating for six offers the perfect platform. Grab a crisp beverage and unwind on three additional chairs. A second-story balcony is accessed via the fourth bedroom and provides partial ocean views. EXTRA AMENITIES The Isles Resort Pool & Tiki Bar amenities include a seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor day) pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and on-site restaurant located approximately 100 yards from the property. Tandem parking is available for four vehicles (two covered and two uncovered). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This building has elevator access. THE LOCATION Famous for its 7 miles of beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is located at the southern end straddling the South Carolina border. Check out Shallotte River Swamp Park, a zip line and treetops ropes adventure course provide an elevated point of view. The on-site Isles Restaurant serves up a variety of tasty seafood dishes on a beachfront patio, while the Sugar Shack offers Caribbean dishes including coconut shrimp and jerk chicken.
