Nestled on a corner lot just 1 block from the beach, this stunning 5BR/5BA home offers the prime ocean and golf getaway. Multiple balconies feature amazing water views. Golfers will love having over 20 courses near Ocean Isle Beach. LIVING AREAS On the second floor, the open-concept living area provides a welcoming gathering place with ocean views. Kick back on two love seats and a couch to watch a movie on the 50 TV. The first-floor living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32 TV, and Playstation 2. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When its time to eat, gather at the eight-person dining table, with room for four more at the kitchen bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This spacious home sleeps up to 16 guests between the five bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. Three of the five bedrooms have convenient balcony access. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Concoct a refreshing beverage and relax on the balcony, which features ample seating and lovely ocean views. On the first floor, a covered balcony provides an additional place to enjoy the coastal breeze. An outdoor shower and gas grill can be found on the ground-level patio. WHAT'S NEARBY This conveniently located home sits just 1 block from the sparkling Atlantic! Enjoy a plethora of restaurants and shops within a short drive or bike ride. Golfers will love having over 20 courses located within 8 miles. THINGS TO KNOW A fee applies for bringing a dog. The living areas of this stilt home are accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.

Need a great house for a relaxing vacation? Book “The Doobler”! We recently stayed at the house for a reunion of six college friends. The house was perfect! It was spacious, conveniently located, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. It is designed to meet the needs of small groups of friends or families. The house was well stocked with bath towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to spices. We cooked most meals at home and ate like royalty. The new grill cooked our steaks to perfection. The plethora of grill tools brought smiles to our “grill master”. We utilized a rental company to have bikes delivered to the house. Biking around the island was fun and easy. The house is close to the pier, ice cream, a great coffee shop, and a few restaurants. It’s a quick drive to the grocery and seafood markets. While the house is technically three stories, the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. We didn’t use the elevator other than that, but it’s perfect for families of all ages and abilities if stairs are a concern. Our favorite aspect of the house were all the porches. They offered a place to congregate, to sit quietly among the sounds of the ocean, and to watch the waves of the ocean roll in and out. The main porch served as our “home studio” to practice yoga almost every morning. The porch is the perfect place to take photos during sunset hours. This house made our college reunion a trip one to remember. We would book this house again in a heartbeat!

Very family friendly home that accommodates everyone. The elevator came in very handy with my mother that doesn’t do steps very well. The view from the porch on top floor looking out over the ocean is so good. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a short walk to the beach access. We did have one issue, but we called Vacasa and they were polite and apologetic. Issue was resolved. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience!

We enjoyed our vacation at the Doobler. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were close to the beach. Our family will visit the Doobler again.

We loved being able to walk to and from the beach. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our extended family to get together. The only drawback was the traffic over the bridge to get on the island.

My family enjoyed out beach trip at the Doobler, it was perfect for us. It was very clean, well equipped and beautiful. The elevator was especially helpful with an elderly dog. We found it very spacious for entertaining with a continuous flow. All bedrooms were spacious with an en-suite. The upper deck off the main living area was my haven, enjoying the nice ocean breeze. We hope to return.

The layout of the house was fantastic and had plenty of room to spread out! Reverse floorplan with great views from the top floor. Perfect location and beaches were not crowded. Great stay and can't wait to go back!
