This sunny and bright 3BR/2BA corner condo offers a superb location just two blocks from the beach! Inspired by the sea, the well-appointed interior boasts an open layout and abundant natural light. Admire wooded views on the breezy balcony or relax on the deck overlooking the pool. Enjoy access to on-site amenities including the seasonal pool and boat dock and ramp area where you can fish or launch a kayak! Drive approximately 1 mile and explore seafood eateries, seaside shops, and the Ocean Isle Beach Pier. LIVING AREA The beachy living area is outfitted with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and two comfy sofas. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wet bar, and breakfast bar seating for three. When its time to eat, gather at the six-seat dining table. BED & BATH This single-level condo sleeps up to ten guests between three bedrooms and the kids' nook, each equipped with a smart TV. Rest comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed. The kids' nook features a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Kick back and relax on the private balcony overlooking the woodlands, a waterway, and Jinks Creek in the distance. The private outdoor space is furnished with two Adirondack chairs, a rocking chair, and a picnic table. The front deck overlooks the pool and has seating for two. Make a splash in the unheated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Challenge your crew to a tennis match at the on-site courts or make use of the boat ramp and explore the open waters. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a Pack n Play, and a hammock are provided in the rental. Smart TVs are pre-loaded with Netflix and YouTube Live TV for guest use. Unassigned parking is available for three vehicles in the parking lot. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Renters are not permitted to have golf carts. THE LOCATION Stroll two blocks to the beach and spend sun-kissed days on the sand. The Ocean Isle Beach Pier is a quick 1-mile drive away, as well as waterfront restaurants and local shops. Cruise 22 miles to spend a day exploring North Myrtle Beach.

We love Channelside Landing and was excited to see this home offered for rental. So much room and all has been updated beautifully. We can’t recommend this condo more.

Overall this place was great. It has a great view off the back porch and a great location, being just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The place was clean and everything worked well. The only minor issue was the bathroom fan was quite loud.

Excellent! Especially love the deck, pond, and marsh behind the condo. Peaceful and quiet - can even hear the ocean from the deck. Nice pool which technically wasn't supposed to be open yet, but was, which was a nuce bonus. Unit was great size for my family, but might start to feel cramped if all the beds were full.

Our local school brought our boys down to Shallotte to stay in a home with the coaches and play in a tournament. We rented this condo and it was absolutely wonderful. Steps to the beach, pool outside the window, and very close to our ball team. The neighbors which are owners were absolutely amazing as well! This was our first time to Ocean Isle and I am already trying to find time to rent again!!!

Great location close to everything. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Well stocked kitchen. Big deck overlooking natural area. Easy check-in and out with door keypad. TVs and ceiling fans in every room were appreciated!

The unit was excellent. Just over one block to public access beach. No ocean view, but the view out back deck was amazing. Check in and out very easy, all via text/e-mail. Unit is very clean.

This was our 3rd year renting this condo and we absolutely love the location. The beach is a quick 3 min walk and the pool is just out the door and down the stairs. The owners have upgraded the flooring, have a new couch and love seat and have made renovations to the kitchen which we really liked. The back deck always has a lovely breeze and it's a great spot to hang out.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and reasonably priced. It was nice to find the TVs are already signed into streaming service. I wished they would’ve given us more than one laundry pod so we bought a pack for everyone coming after us. I had to buy some toilet paper too bc that went quickly. But overall, it was a very nice condo for the price, in a good location and priced well. Thanks.

This was a very nice condo that slept up to 10. Everyone was happy having their own space. We were also able to cook as they had many dishes, pots pans etc. Even access to grill and bikes. Loved that Roku and Netflix was set up and the hammock and electric fireplace was a nice touch. We ran out of paper prosecutable s d had to buy shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets! Superb. Super clean!
