10 minute walk to beach snd fishing pier has a deck and a enclosed porch with fan in shade used that a lot Vacasa very helpful with any questions

This is our second stay @ My Three Buoys. It's definally a family favorite. A short walk to the beach or to grab coffee in the morning @ Ruby's. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, were able to catch up with the next door neighbors, and soak in the slow pace of Oak Island (prior to the busy season). We truly love this little gem of a house, and can't wait to return.

While the home looked great online, it was better in person. It was cozy, comfortable and felt like home away from home. I was impressed that the kitchen was supplied with everything I would have at my own home, which in the future will make packing easier! They even had an electric griddle which we use often for special pancake breakfasts, it seems like a small thing, but that’s just it, it was like they thought of all the small things. Every part of the property was pleasant and our kids even enjoyed playing in the yard, sitting on the screened porch, and using walkie-talkies all around the property and it made it seemed so much bigger although it was very comfortable to begin with. The walk to the beach was literally two minutes and with our foldable wagon, so super easy! The location was fantastic and a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our kids started asking from the first day if this could be “our” beach house for vacations and we are delighted to plan to return for many more years to come! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I can't say enough about this house. Everything was perfect - the location was amazing, the house was stocked with everything you could need, the walkable food and coffee was delicious. We will absolutely be back!!

Excellent home in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Oak Island Pier as well as several local restaurants. Single level home with cute, comfortable furnishings and great screened porch. Would definitely recommend a stay at this beachy getaway!

Well the whole house is cozy and decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen is well supplied and has a dishwasher. My favorite place was the large screened porch that had a wrap around banquet and trees give the impression of being in a treehouse, from the front and down the side It’s walking distance to the pier and beach. Is all on one level and has a walk-in shower. Also no pets allowed. You can’t go wrong with My Three Bouys 👍😊

This house is perfect, if you dont like climbing alot of steps. It has everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach and Oak Island Pier. I would stay here again.

Short walk to beach. Open floorplan felt spacious for 5 adults and 2 children. Clean. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants was a nice bonus!

We stayed here last year, when this home was managed by a different company, and WOW what a positive difference Vacasa management makes to a vacation experience! Super easy check in & check out, incredibly clean, complimentary dishwasher & washing machine detergent, loved visiting with Tyler when he came by to roll our trash cans out for us, and Christine was great to strategize with regarding the kittens we found. Also, the king bed (which a previous reviewer noted) has been replaced with a new one, a new outdoor shower has been built, and any musty smell (a previous reviewer noted) is completely gone. Everything was super! We had 3 generations with us (ages 8 - 84) and this home was great for everyone. We especially love that it has hardly any stairs, which is unusual for a beach house. Two thumbs up for our 2nd great summer vacation at "My Three Bouys"!
