Complete with views of the tidal marsh from the private screened porch, this lovely 3BR/2BA home is an ideal choice for your coastal getaway. Spend sunny days on the shore, conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from home. Unwind in the living area, which offers seating for the group and a large Smart TV (Guests are encouraged to bring owe Roku stick, firestick, etc.). The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Keep the chef company at the three-person kitchen island. When meals are ready, the table seats six. This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the coastal breeze on the screened porch, which presents views of the tidal marsh. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days. This wonderfully located home is a 4-minute stroll from the coastline. Nearby attractions include the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, the Environmental Overlook Trail, and the historic village of Southport. THINGS TO KNOW This single-level stilt home requires a flight of stairs to access the entry door.

Nice place, easy access to beach and the bridge across the marsh. Porches in front and back were nice, it worked very well for 6 people. We would definitely come back.

The house was as advertised. Perfect for our family with two little ones. The neighborhood was great for exploring with a nature walkway across the wetlands just a few minutes away. Definitely recommend!

This home is very well situated between the marsh and the ocean (3 blocks away). Personally, I prefer the interesting view of a marsh, as opposed to the ocean. The house was very clean (no mold!!), nicely decorated with everything you need, including an air fryer.

Nice property that is clean and nicely furnished that doesn't break the bank. Pleasant walk to beach with marsh in the back (dont forget bug spray) that offers back porch privacy. Will definitely book again!

We have been coming to OKI for several years and my family agreed this property was top of the list. Clean, well stocked kitchen, open floor plan with lots of space. The property is close to beach access, what more could you ask for. Would recommend to others and would love to rent this property again.

This property was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was an abundance of games for the rainy days, and the back deck looking over the marsh was one of my favorite places. Thank you so much for a lovely week.

The house was lovely. Clean and welcoming. Large kitchen with new appliances and open living room floor plan. It looks recently renovated, so everything is relatively new and beautiful. Gorgeous back porch overlooking the marsh and back yard. Five-eight minute walk to the beach. If you’re bringing your kids, I’d recommend bringing a roku, Apple TV or chromecast for the tv in the kid’s room, as there’s no cable hookup. Lovely stay! We’re recommending this house to friends and family. We also recommend Vacasa! We’ve used various rental management companies over the years here in Oak Island, and it’s so refreshing to work with a service that actually cares about your stay. We got several texts and calls from Vacasa checking in to see if we were ok. Rare and much appreciated. Rent this house, and use Vacasa! Hope to see them more in Oak Island, NC!
