Description

Renovated in the spring of 2023, this beautiful five-bedroom, five-bath home on the beach offers an absolutely idyllic location. Sunshine floods the main floor, which boasts an open plan, perfect for reconnecting with loved ones and family. When you're not unwinding with your favorite TV shows, try your hand at the Game Room arcade cabinet that boasts the Mario brothers arcade game with 100 games and the golden tee arcade game. The chef in the group will be able to cook up a feast, or just a snack for the beach, in the well-equipped kitchen, and the group's sous chef can supervise from the breakfast bar. The living room offers plenty of comfy couches for seating as well as a TV. But with that beachfront gazebo right outside, you probably won't be watching much TV. Throw open the doors to your private deck and stake out your spot on that hammock, swaying gently in the breeze inside your own private gazebo. It's just a few steps further down your walkway to the sand, and when you finish spending the day on the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse off before heading inside. When it's time to call it a night after a day on the beach, you'll have five bedrooms to choose from. Both of the main floor bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms; one has a queen bed, and one has four fun bunk beds that the kids will be fighting over. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms, all with access to a second-floor deck overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom upstairs features a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a TV. Another bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and its own bathroom as well, and the third bedroom has a matching set of twin beds, as well as fun beachy decor. As a bonus, you'll also find another TV room upstairs with a pull-out sofa that turns into a bed. If you're not quite ready to call it a night, head back outside to that gazebo and watch the moon rise over the Atlantic–the perfect end to a perfect day in your own slice of heaven. Things to Know

This house was fantastic for our two families with room to spare. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed - including a stockpot for a seafood boil - with high quality cookware. There were lots of fun things for the kids to play inside on top of the video game room, which they absolutely loved. This is our second year at Holden Beach and I think we're sold on the location for future trips. For a stand alone oceanfront house, you couldn't get a much better value than Heavenly Sunshine.

We’ve already booked our next stay! The location right on the beach, the many bedrooms and bathrooms, the beautiful big windows for an amazing view at all times, the comfort of the furniture and spacious kitchen was wonderful for our big family. The water pressure was excellent as was the hotness of the showers! We loved it!

Nice place with a great view; Home appears to have been updated in some areas; we found the beds to be firm if not hard; quiet neighborhood location; Holden Beach has few eating places on the island so you need to make short trips to the mainland; location not bad for trips to Calabash, Barefoot Landing, South Port and Myrtle; Great deck(s) with beautiful views; lots of room; arcade game in one of the bedrooms was nice to have; beds tended to be firm to hard; convenient outdoor shower kept in check most of the beach sand; we did not use the washer/dryer but they appeared to be new; kitchen well equiped; bathrooms & showers all functional; Overall, the place was nice and as advertised; We would return again.

Beautiful ocean front with a roomy gazebo for nice visits with covering from sun. Nice rooms and bathrooms for large families/groups. Also a well equipped kitchen with freestanding icemaker !

We loved: Having a full bathroom for each of the 5 bedrooms The enormous windows in the kitchen/family room (which were cleaned to perfection) with a magnificent view of the ocean. The walkways to the beach with a gazebo. Having two decks with numerous rockers to sit on and a hose to clean off with. Spacious area under the house for parking and a shed/room area to shower and store beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Well appointed with a generous supply of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The decor throughout. TVs in the bedrooms. It's a very lovely home!

We enjoyed our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. Plenty of baths and beds. Beautiful view with direct beach access. The whole family ate together in the large kitchen. Room for 4 vehicles.

We have now stayed at this property for 3 different vacations. We love the layout inside the house, the deck is very useful in that it has a seating area and hammock. The large family room is great. Being right on the beach makes this the perfect getaway.
