My favorite part about this house was the front porch! The view of the ocean was so nice and loved the gate on porch so my dog could not get out!

Stayed for the weekend because we were attending a wedding in Holden Beach. House was great and everything was perfect for our stay. Enjoyed how close it was to the beach also. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was very clean and we really appreciated having the linens and towels provided, as well as the soaps and shampoos. A couple things: 1. the ice maker makes a funny noise when (I think) it's refilling the water or dumping the cubes. It was not a constant noise, but it occurred regularly. 2. the tub in the front bedroom (with the shower chair) is very slippery. Maybe consider adding some of the non-skid stickers for tubs and showers. Thanks so much for a great weekend. We live in western NC and due to the hurricane damage, we considered cancelling. At home we faced no power and no water in our homes. The weekend away was exactly what we needed to get back in the trenches.

The property had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The neighbors were very friendly and a big plus was watching the falcon heavy launch from the front porch.

It’s a great location close to beach and retail establishments. An older cottage type home, but relatively well maintained and clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping and escaping in their own separate living space in the first floor finished basement (parents appreciated that separation as well, lol).

My husband and I stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was just a described in the listing and the pictures. I agree with another post that the view was better than expected. I spent a lot of time on the swing, with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and the waves. We loved it. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Easy walk to beach and waterway. Great porch with view of ocean. Great neighborhood, very quiet this time of year. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking gear. Well maintained exterior. Everything was clean. Interior dated but was functional. Only complaint was bathroom very small and tight. Did not use separate lower level area, it has a separate entry than main house. Good for small families. Beach was wide and very clean. Lots of shells. Holden beach is mostly residential and family oriented

Upon arrival Vacasa went above & beyond to meet our needs. The house was cleaned and smelled nice and was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, laundry pods, and plenty of towels. The beds were also made up with nice clean sheets. I am thoroughly impressed with this house as well as the quality of service from Vacasa.

Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom and that there was some separation between the rooms. Vacasa staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
