Great house for a trip with friends! Very clean and comfortable and a decently stocked kitchen. We had 4 adults and 4 littles - rooms were dark for naps, we loved the shady porch, and water pressure in the outdoor shower was excellent! Definitely would stay again!

This is our 2nd year at Dowitcher. We love the home and it fits our large family perfectly! Everything was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Plenty of pantry space to store groceries. We are already planning another trip back next year!

House is updated and comfortable (beds, sofas, good AC). We like to cook, so we appreciated the decent kitchen facilities and cooking utensils. View of the marsh on the other side is nice from the front porch.

Dowitcher was the perfect home for our multigenerational group! Everything was clean and prepared for us when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the week. Easy beach access was very important for us and the oldest and youngest amount us had no issues navigating the sand to ready the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Appreciated the cleanliness, porch chairs and toiletries were a nicety like we were staying in your home! We have stayed in Dowitcher before and love coming back for a visit!!!

This was a great beach house at a great location. All of the appliances worked, there are four restrooms, and the outside shower was amazing! The washing machine was a little different than I'm used to, but I got it figured out.

My family has been renting this house for the last 9 years. We find it comfortable and love its closeness to the ocean.

House is older but so classic beach house. We loved every minute. The deck is where we spent most of our time. Beds are comfortable enough, size of house was perfect and layout was great for multi family.

We had a great time at this house. Everything we needed was there. We had a hard time getting in because the code we were given had a couple of numbers reversed, but we figured that out.

Beautiful view very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Truly enjoyed the full week. Will definitely be back

The location on the beach was great! We loved that there were 3 king beds, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating. Would stay here again!
