Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom and queen bedroom. There is a downstairs sitting area with a second kitchen, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom. There are also interior stairs and a separate entrance for the downstairs area. Other amenities include central heat and air, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and a boat dock. The boat lift is not available.

Had a wonderful week. The place was easy access to the beach. Extremely well kept. Nice quiet area. Beautiful sunrises. Great service. Definitely will book again.

This home is in a perfect location. The design is wonderful with 2 separate floors for 2 families. The screened in porch is delightful, and the home itself has been updated and is very modern and well stocked.

My family has always insisted on ocean front but this year I got to pick. Since my partner and I both kayak, this location was ideal. Just a short walk to the beach and right near the ICW park, this place was perfect for us. The house was very clean and well stocked. You may want to bring a large boil pot because the pots here are smaller and are not non-stick. Master bed upstairs was comfortable. My main complaint is that the furniture in both the living areas is extremely uncomfortable, but this just meant we spent more time on the awesome porches. Loved this place and would book again !

Clean!!!! Very well stocked. Quiet. Perfect for families with older kids or teens. Fishing was great off the private dock. Will rent again!

The downstairs is beautifully renovated, the upstairs is nice also. There are stairs throughout the house. The canal view was very nice.
