Dock your boat at this four-bedroom, two-bath waterfront cottage located right on the canal and with single-story convenience. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, the third has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Dawn's Delight has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, and free high-speed WiFi. Other amenities include front-and-back covered porches, an outside shower, and parking underneath the house.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was clean, updated, and convenient. The back porch was delightful with newer furniture, a very nice place to sit in the evenings and relax. Spacious enough for 8 folks without being on top of each other, We will definitely stay here again.

We loved that this home was near the beach only a five minute walk. Also so relaxing to sit on the back deck with the breeze and the birds and the canal. Everything inside was remodeled and very clean. very quiet neighborhood also.

This house was great for our family. It is a spacious house with a great open layout from the kitchen the the living room. The covered porch on the back makes for a great sitting area while watching people fish off of the dock in the canal. Not a far walk to the beach access and easy to get on the beach.

This home was fantastic. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The walk to the beach was short and the view of the canal from the back deck was so peaceful. Highly recommend.

We loved the coziness of this home. Bedrooms were awesome and the right size with personal little touches. Kitchen was great size and so was living area. Deck on the back, totally awesome!!! Dock was a little small and cleats were postioned weird, but we made it work. Thank you!!! We trully enjoyed this house!

The house was very spacious which we loved! The showers had great pressure which felt great after a day at the beach. The back porch was so relaxing and plenty of chairs to provide for our guests.

The location to the beach as well as the Intercoastal was great. We had family with beach front access and we were only a few houses away from them. The set up of the kitchen and dining area easily flows when you are making dinner. Loved the back porch with enough chairs to accommodate all of us.

House was very clean and nice! Just as pictured! I'd recommend this home. Canal is a little narrow, just a note if you have a bigger boat. We also tied off to the dock, as the cleats are getting loose. No issue, just a tip.

We had a great, comfortable stay at Dawns Delight! The deck and furniture were wonderful and made for relaxing evenings enjoying the waterway and ocean breezes. Nice walk to the public beach access and plenty of storage under the house for beach cart and fishing gear. The only suggestion that I have for the owners would be a lawn care service. Grass was way high.
