Cuz It's Time was perfect for our August family vacation. We had 6 adults and 1 child. The house was in a great location. Everything was as described. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We drove up from Fla. to get together with family who also had beach houses. The location on the island was great. The place had comfortable bedding, very clean, and everything you need in the kitchen! We definitely recommend and would stay here again! Oh and the property managers were easy to reach for any questions we had. RCW

This home was fully equipped with everything we needed, the only thing we had to bring was food and our clothes. It made traveling for the holidays so much easier. We stayed Christmas-New Years and the weather was perfect. The beach access is just a short walk down and across the street. The views are great from the front porch. All of the furniture, and the set up the house was great. The decor was so cute and detailed of a beach home. I absolutely loved being in this home and will definitely be back. The house is less then an hour from Wilmington, and Myrtle beach giving you plenty of options on vacation.

The kitchen was well stocked. Was very clean when we arrived and received quick service when malfunction with toilet. Kids loves the swings and hammock. Lots of games. Not a fan of leather couches at the beach though. Overall one of the best experiences and houses we have stayed at over the years.

This property is aged but well-kept as rental property. Cleanliness is very important and this property was clean. Needs to be modernized with the amount of requested income for the paying public.

Our family loved this house perfect for our teens and grand baby. Close to beach and a bike ride away from activities and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Would definitely rent again!

The location of first row as well as the upkeep of the property. The house easily accommodates 7 adults and 3 children with enough space for gathering as well as areas that allow for some privacy. The decor was welcoming and the overall property was VERY NICE!

The property was very well kept and the decor was so inviting with a calming, sweet ambiance. The little special touches throughout the house made me feel relaxed . We enjoyed the stay. The beds could have been more comfortable but otherwise, a great stay.

Everything was nice about the home except it was not handicapped excessive. My cousin and I both have bad knees. The steep steps were very hard to climb.
