Enjoy this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. There are two primary bedrooms (each with a king bed and a private bathroom) and two additional rooms, one with a king and one with a queen and twin adult-size bunk beds. There is also a large shared full bath. This home offers all the living space on one convenient level with an open area for the kitchen, dining, and living room areas, which is perfect for families to spend time together. Cuz it's Time has central heat and air, ceiling fans in most rooms, a dishwasher, a microwave, an ice maker, a washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable throughout the home along with multiple TVs, a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room, and board games. This home offers a covered front porch with seating and some ocean views, a screened-in back porch with seating, and a large back deck. You'll also have covered parking under the home with outside lighting, a picnic table, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and a dressing area. For outside entertainment, there are horseshoes and a bocce ball game available in the backyard. This home is just a quick walk across the street from public beach access, only three houses down.

Cuz It's Time was perfect for our August family vacation. We had 6 adults and 1 child. The house was in a great location. Everything was as described. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This home was fully equipped with everything we needed, the only thing we had to bring was food and our clothes. It made traveling for the holidays so much easier. We stayed Christmas-New Years and the weather was perfect. The beach access is just a short walk down and across the street. The views are great from the front porch. All of the furniture, and the set up the house was great. The decor was so cute and detailed of a beach home. I absolutely loved being in this home and will definitely be back. The house is less then an hour from Wilmington, and Myrtle beach giving you plenty of options on vacation.

The kitchen was well stocked. Was very clean when we arrived and received quick service when malfunction with toilet. Kids loves the swings and hammock. Lots of games. Not a fan of leather couches at the beach though. Overall one of the best experiences and houses we have stayed at over the years.

The location of first row as well as the upkeep of the property. The house easily accommodates 7 adults and 3 children with enough space for gathering as well as areas that allow for some privacy. The decor was welcoming and the overall property was VERY NICE!

This is an older home that fit my family needs perfectly. We had close public beach access, close to all beach activities, and the house is equipped with everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. I will rent this house again
