The first floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in the first and a queen bed in the second. The second-floor primary suite has a queen bed with a private sundeck overlooking the ocean. This home has central air conditioning, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, cable TV in each room, and a flatscreen TV in the living room, plus a DVD player and free WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a sundeck, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking under the house, and a terrific location just a short walk from the ocean. Sit in rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy a great view of the surf, with beach access right across the street.

Perfect ocean view with short walk to beach! Has almost everything you need(no trash bags or coffee stuff) but other than that fully stocked and plenty of room!

We loved the location of this house. Beach view even though we were across the street. There were no houses obstructing our nice view. Beach access was easy and quick. The home is in good shape and truly met our needs (5 adults). Lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of dishes are available.

The Blue View was absolutely perfect for our vacation to Holden Beach. It's been 2 years since we have been able to get back to Holden, and this home made out trip amazing. Beautifully appointed, clean and well equipped, and convient to everything, with beach access just across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.
