What a wonderful place to stay! We’ve rented 35-40 homes along the Eastern Seaboard…this is in the top 5. Why? Location, space, amenities and closeness to the beach! It’s a private gated community so no traffic! Quiet and safe for kids. The house has so much space, more than what was described. Check the 3-D tour to help your perspective. We were concerned about it being a duplex. But the family next door were so nice. Vacasa actually called me, the day after checkin, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking supplies you’d need! Which is a big plus considering we cook a lot while on vacation. There were plenty of games, tv streaming to keep you occupied if it’s a rainy day! Even a corn hole toss!! lol! All the seating you need. My wife and I really enjoyed the sunroom the best, and of course the upper deck off the bedroom watching the waves! The beds were super comfortable, I’m 6’ and 200+ and the bed didn’t sink! Great space on the showers as well. The walk to the beach was right outside! And its walkway covered in a mesh mat so rolling your beach cart is a breeze!! No fighting the sand! And the beaches are not crowded at all. We stayed during the 4th and there so much room! Showers downstairs was nice after a day on the beach. We will be coming back here again, that says a lot considering Hilton Head is our “go to place” for decades. Also the restaurants (Italian and Mexican), just off the island, were fantastic! Like I said, “checks all the boxes”!!! Until next time!! :-)
