This house was everything and more! Close enough so we could walk to the beach but not in the main strip so we were not so worried about our dog. My husband enjoyed fishing at the dock and the house was so comfortable we enjoyed just hanging out. We plan to book this property again in the future.

Beautiful house, boat dock a wonderful convenience! Nicely renovated. Perfectly located to public beach access. Needs a more high powered vacuum for dog fur … washer dryer would be a plus…other then that a a really enjoyable stay!

We had originally booked another house through Vacasa. However, it was under repair. Vacasa was very helpful and gave us a few options to choose from. We chose “Holden the Waves.” Access to the canal, and a short walk to the beach made it a perfect choice for our family. The house was very cozy. It had a great view of the canal. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend. We had a great stay!
