Sunset Villa is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Our family spent two weeks there and enjoyed every minute. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, grilling outdoors, and relaxing on the balconies watching sunrises and sunsets.

Was the perfect vacation home. The big windows looking out at the waterway was my favorite. With 3 teens the home was perfectly equipped with plenty for them to do. Highly recommend this home for your stay at Holden beach.

Owner did not skimp on quality… anywhere! All all the way down to the dishes… everything of high quality. Already booked another stay to this same house for next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had three generations at one point and the private dock, pool, beach and ping pong kept everyone entertained. We also rented a boat from near the Provision Company and tied up to the houses dock. From the pier we caught a bunch of fish and blue crabs. Already planning another trip back this fall for more fishing and golf at Lockwood. Forgot to mention the beach is about a 8 minute walk. Very peaceful.

Overall the house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The dock was awesome for fishing. The pool was very nice as well.

We loved everything about this house!! We spent a lot of time inside since Little Debby decided to grace us with her presence the whole week. House has plenty of room and was beautiful!

Everything in the home was new and fresh. Very clean. Every detail inside and outside the home is perfectly planned out. To have provided linens, trash bags, toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen, it truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. The beach is about a quarter mile straight down Swordfish, a short walk or bike-ride. The pool is a nice spot to gather after a long day at the beach. The kids loved fishing from the private pier, and we were able to launch our kayaks easily from the floating dock. Watch both sunrises and sunsets from the 3rd floor deck. The upstairs living space is a great indoor space to gather. Great job creating social spaces! The best compliment I can give: I would buy this home!
