Need some serious beach time? Beach Sparty is the perfect spot. Want things to do? Our gorgeous beach and spectacular ocean view are only the beginning. Want a different view of the beach? Try the Sea Kayak. Want to chill on the porch? We've got two, both covered and complete with rockers and a picnic table, plus a sundeck over the dunes. Worried about the weather? For rainy days or special indoor times, you'll find games, puzzles, hundreds of books, a video library, TVs, DVD players, a CD player, a VCR, and a stereo. Like to cook? A well-equipped and recently updated kitchen makes it a pleasure. Like things neat and clean? You'll like the separate laundry/folding area and two outside showers, one enclosed with hot and cold water, and a dressing room. Want your friends to know what a great time you're having? Send them snapshots over the web with the high-speed WiFi while you soak in the private hot tub. You'll find all this on one floor: four bedrooms, two baths, and a bright and spacious family/dining/kitchen area overlooking the ocean. Two king bedrooms, two full beds, and two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. For your convenience and comfort, there are ceiling fans, under-house parking for up to five cars, and a private walkway over the dunes to the beach. Dusk is a great time to enjoy a short stroll to the pier, and as you walk toward our world-class sunset, it's only natural that you may think of next year. We'd love to have you back!

This was a wonderful vacation spot for our family in the winter months - beachfront in the winter is absolutely peaceful. This place has everything to help you feel right at home. The kitchen is packed. I counted approx. 30 to 40 EASY steps to the beach and easy one level living. Everyone we came in contact with was joyful and welcoming (thanks to all the locals!)

Like home away from home! Loved the whole experience at Beach Sparty! Most well equipped home we’ve ever had on all of our vacations. Highly recommend. The private beach access and porch with rocking chairs facing the ocean was absolutely the best!

This place was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for in a quiet, beachfront location. The customer service from Vacasa was top notch, as any questions or issues that arose were answered or fixed immediately and without any disruption to our vacation. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times even when it was Skips Place! The porch is our all time favorite spot! As it became Beach Sparty we have loved all of the renovations each year! It’s convenient to everything and all the accommodations are perfect for the 4 of us girlfriends! Look forward to next year!

Our group ranged from almost 2 to almost 80. This house met everyone's needs with a great open floor plan. The kitchen remodel is modern, clean, and efficient. It was so well stocked with every dish, utensil, and appliance we could possibly need. The deck amazing. Someone was always out there from early morning to late evening. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our extended family had a wonderful trip.

Everything about our vacation was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better stay! The house was the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in! Items that I have learned over the many years of renting that we always take, this home already had! Right down to the chip clips! The house was well cleaned and ready when promised and the recent updates continue to make this a great house to rent. We had to call Vacasa once during our stay as my son accidentally locked both doors leading into the Jack and Jill bathroom. The maintenance guy from Vacasa was there to fix the problem within 30 minutes! The communications from Vacasa both before and after our stay were very informative and timely. I also liked the information about the Second Helping charity that collects left over food as you are pulling out of town! A wonderful option rather than just throwing away left over food items that you don’t want to haul home. The weather was perfect all week and we had a wonderful week! Needless to say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home and we will definitely consider returning to Beach Sparty next year!

Floors and bathrooms and washer dryer are almost new. Great outdoor shower and decks. Fresh tasteful furniture upholstery. Needs new rockers though.
